Unfair treatment of Rate payers in Dunnottar ward 111
- Herby we the residents of Dunnottar in ward 111 want to petition the City of Ekhuruleni regarding the unfair penalties issued to rate payers due to cable theft. The city is misinterpreting the policy and causing stress and financial burdens to residents, for charging residents a fee to replace stolen City infrastructure. This is unfair and a human right violation. We request the practice need to be abandoned immediately and the residents who suffered this unjust practice need to be refunded
