African American history should be taught in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County schools and it should be mandatory and required for graduation just like European History.

Please sign the petition for a mandatory African American history class on my facebook page. If they cannot teach children our history, don't teach them European history.  A letter will be sent to the superintendent of WSFC Schools and Mark Johnson the state superintendent of public schools when we get a sufficient number of signatures.
