Make Wayne County PA a 2nd Amendment sanctuary

In our meeting with the Commission we were told that they swore to uphold the Constitutions of the US and Pennsylvania and any resolution that they would make wouldn't carry the weight of law. We knew this going in that it was mostly just an affirmation of our Second Amendment rights and we made this clear.

The petition will go on for perhaps future Commissions to consider but in the meantime our attention is being turned to our State legislature.     There is a movement at the State level and this would be legislation affirming our Second Amendment rights.

It is frustrating to feel like our local government lacks the courage to do what many counties have already done but that is where we are in Wayne County under our current commission. I encourage everyone to get informed and involved with our local and county elections if you aren't already. I would ask any candidate for office if they support our movement and vote accordingly and remember there's nothing stopping us from doing this township by township.

The enemies of the Constitution never stop, don't "play by the rules" and don't seem to be constrained by an oath or the rule of law and for these reasons we will keep pushing on. 

Last year's petition

We picked up over 300 signatures from a petition that was circulating last year. The author of that petition have us his work and is sending any future signatures to our petition. In 9 days we will take what we have before the commissioners where I will be reading some of your comments anonymously. For anyone who wants and is able to show up we are on the agenda for 3/25 at 10:30 am. Keep spreading the word and get friends and family to sign. Thanks.

If your local convenience store has a bulletin board post this link and help spread the word. Gun shops, bait shops wherever you think more people will see. Most people in Wayne county would sign this we just need them to see it. WE ARE THE MAJORITY!
