Appoint Majd Alsahwy and Matthew Dempsey to the Fox Hills Board of Directors

With Paul Konen's recent retirement as president of the HOA board of directors, there are now TWO vacancies on the board and Josh Otting has recently sent out applications to homeowners who might be interested in filling the vacancies.

A group of homeowners concerned about the state of the association and its future would like your support to get two homeowners elected - each with a background we believe would be VERY valuable to the board and for all homeowners.

If you are a homeowner in Fox Hills Condominiums in Bloomfield Township, please sign this petition encouraging Josh and the board to appoint these two candidates:

MATTHEW DEMPSEY is a homeowner and financial controller with over 20 years in financial analysis and accounting. His goals would be to help make the association financially stable and transparent in all its dealings, and to make fiscally prudent financial expenditures that protects the financial interests of all of the homeowners.

MAJD AL SAHWY is a resident homeowner and construction engineer / project manager with almost 15 years experience in construction budgeting, contract bidding, contracting, cost, quality control, and business management. His goals would be to help the board with construction and maintenance contracts that deliver the best value in terms of quality and costs, and using his existing relationships in the industry to help make that happen. He would work to make all the bidding and contract awarding processes transparent and open to resident feedback.

Signing this petition will demonstrate to the board that Fox Hills homeowners have a vested interest in appointing two homeowners with the background, experience, and skills to help Fox Hills move forward to a better future.
