AT&T - Full Coverage All of the Time

As AT&T customers we expect full coverage 100% of the time. Coverage is defined by being able to make or receive a call without out the call dropping and we are not constantly asking, "can you hear me"? We should expect three or more "bars" if your coverage map shows you cover an area. Anything less puts your customers in jeopardy of poor voice service. If you expect your customers to pay their monthly statement on time and in full then we expect the following:

1. If your coverage map shows you provide coverage in a given area then we expect at least three bars of service at all times.

2. If you can not provide full coverage then your coverage map needs to indicate that so consumers can make an informed decision when selecting a wireless provider.

3. If you can not provide full service (three or more bars) in an area then our monthly bill should be prorated to reflect the level of service we receive. Full service for full payment.

The following signatures reflect current customers who are feed up with paying for a service that we do not receive 100% of the time and are prepared to find another service provider.
