Blocked Road

We are unable to access entrance to our property as the road has been blocked by neighbors storing their building material and parking their cars there, so that there is no way to get out and back home. We have been using our next door neighbors plot to get out through the back road, He has started building and now there's no way out anymore. Our only hope is to access the road infront of us! Countless times we have asked them to move their materials and their cars but they refuse to. We've been contacting Mr Elton Jansen (ward counselor), of which we seem to be getting no where with Him. Most times He doesn't answer His phone when we call. We are now stepping out for help regarding the situation, as in cases of emergency we'll be trapped. We are appealing for help! We have a groote schuur and grassy patient that could be at risk, and frankly enough is enough! We cannot go on like this anymore... 

Please help and please share this petition as far possible...

I know that nobody would like to be trapped like this.
