Cancellation of End semester exams of NIT Patna

In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic, our classes have been suspended and hence syllabi of all the branches and semesters have been left status quo,also when the holi vacation started most of the students went home without any study material and were not able to get them due to the restrictions which were placed by the government,many students reside in rural areas where stable internet connectivity to attend online classes is not available and those students are in a lot of a stress as they fear of being missed out.keeping all this in mind We,the students of NIT PATNA are in no condition mentally or resource wise to attend online classes or to take the end sem examination as many of us lack the resources to do so.

Hence, we request Honourable Director Dr. P.K. Jain, Dean(Student Welfare) Dr. Prakash Chandra and Dean (Academics) Dr. S.K. Verma, to stand beside us, the students in these traumatising times and cancel the online classes and any kind of end semester examination and  Adopt a different way of calculating the grades for this semester.
