Cowell HOA: add shade to main playground

The signers of this petition are homeowners in the Cowell HOA and support the addition of shade structures to the main playground.  The reasons and benefits for this should be obvious.  While the playground is a great facility for families with children, it often gets too hot to be usable.  Adding shade would greatly increase the playground's utilization and would give Cowell kids a safer and more comfortable place to play.
