Don't Force students for Fees

In this hard times  of covid-19, everyone is affected financially. But University and college's are forcing students to pay advance fees for the upcoming semester. Many college have even not completed the exams of their previous semester, but they still want fees for next. It is very hard for many parents to manage the entire fees in this lockdown period. Many families who are either salarised or own small business  are hit very bad on their incomes. And colleges are claiming to impose fines on students who fail to pay their fees by the mentioned deadlines for different colleges. This kind of attitude will be depressing for parents and students as well. It will have a negative impact on students involved for higher studies  in India.

Therefore we, demand the HRD ministry to intervene in this issue to instruct University and College for the sake of students.

1. Allow students to pay their fees as per the convience of their families before the end of the upcoming semester.

2. Colleges must complete the exam of previous semester, before demanding fees for next.

3. Allow parents to pay fees on monthly basis and not demand the entire fees together.

4. Do not impose  fines on students for the same.
