Employee Grievances

Greetings
It is with a heavy heart that we write to you. As the world changes we thought the company will also revolve in the same axis as the world;however we were wrong.

The company highlighted it will be people centric after Obelisk SA is now a stand alone.
As employees we feel the company is drifting further apart from employees. As a result we feel we need need to formally register the following:
* TILO - Should be reinstated as a benefit for site workers. (Time spent away from our families in the benefits of the company isn't compensated or rewarded and to a point we feel exploited.

1. *We demand LOA to be increased. - As the economic climate isn't favorable to the people the amount of R205 isn't feasible to sustain us.
