Fix our parks! Delathin Rd Algester

To the Brisbane City council and Member for Owens.

The following parks have been neglected and abused for a number of years. 9 foot high grass, glass, dumped furniture and dangerous drug goods are encased by a jungle of weeds.

According to internet pictures and council websites these parks are presented as pristine and usable suburban space with parks ,paths and infrastructure  for the local community.

Instead it had made the residential road of delathin Rd and it's Parklands look like an industrial zone and a total dump. Attracting grug users, hoons, and illegal dumping on a large scale, effecting the larger community of Algester.

The local residents , their friends and family demand that our parks be returned to us , with infrastructure such as swings paths and bins returned, and a continued plan to maintain them to a  level of public usability.

And all paths and easements along delathin Rd that connect them.

Furthermore we wish for an inquest into the neglectful destruction of our parks by the people in charge of, and  those who got paid for , the so-called maintainence of these community spaces.
