Fix The Gran Turismo Sport Servers

Due to the recent changes made to the Gran Turismo Sport servers, players can no longer race competitively and it has ruined the racing experience.   This has turned the OFFICIAL GT Sport Season into a complete mockery and it's embarassing for Polyphony Digital to have an OFFICIAL SEASON become a joke to everyone participating.  Polyphony doesn't seem to have a problem with it, but the list of people signing this petition disagree entirely and want the servers reverted to the way they were before they changed them during the 2021 Exhibition Series
