This much loved leisure facility would be sorely missed if it has to close

Don't understand why Sheeplands should not be allowed to continue, also there will be loss of jobs

I think its so sad that this friendly business could close. Its one of a kind, children love the animals, staff are friendly, a really happy family place to visit. My grandaughter is so sad that Cadbury and Manuel cant be visited and stroked anymore.

I totally disagree with the council's decision! Sheepland's is the peoples farm shop & garden centre and under no circumstances should the council be making life any harder for local companies to survive.

One of few independent garden centres, offering lovely food in the cafe and a safe, fun ace for the kiddies to go to.

We shop at Hare Hatch Sheeplands very often and it would be a great loss to the area if it went. It is a very friendly garden centre and 'cosier' than the big named centres.

Hare Hatch nursery is a delilghtful place to shop for garden products, and food from the farm shop and should be allowed to continue trading. It's bizarre that Wokingham Council is being so vindictive when good healthy traders, employing local people, work so well with the community.

Because it is such a joy to visit Sheeplands.
Good food in the Cafe and to be met by Andy and his merry staff.
The Farm shop is really good , with a wide choice.
And then theres the plants , such variety.
Living as we are in Emmer Green we would be lost without you.

Because I believe Wokingham District Council are being really heavy handed instead of working with Hare Hatch Sheeplands to reach an amicable solution.

The best garden centre for miles. Plants in excellent condition, staff helpful and knowledgable. Why close such a long-standing concern when others very near are allowed to continue trading?

I signed this petition to save Sheeplands as it is a very valuable asset to the community. They employ many local people & provide a brilliant, helpful & friendly service. This place is unique, as it is not 'Just another plant place'. The diversity is appreciated in a world of cloned shops. Sad to hear the pets have gone - a loss to both children & parents.

we love Hare Hatch Sheeplands and call in weekly on our way to visit family. We eat drink and shop there and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I believe Hare Hatch provides a special service and employment for local people. There children's area and farm are appreciated in a wide area. They have managed to adapt and survive despite attempts of a local rival to displace them it would be a catastrophe to loose them now.

Because I believe in independent trade, which I thought was the aims of the Conservative government. No green space is being damaged by this nursery, unlike the 600 or more houses being built on the outskirts of Wokingham. It's a unique business with friendly & helpful staff & it's wonderful to find plants that are different from the chain nurseries. Please don't close this nursery through spite, it will be greatly missed.

Because this appears to be a vendetta by the local council against a creative and expanding business. Perhaps they should hold a referendum amongst the local people to find out what the public would really want!!

There is no where else locally that provides such an eclectic shopping mix, and the most fantastic choice of hard-to-find plants that the chain garden centres do not stock. I would be very sad to see this business go.

I would like to see small independant businesses able to compete effectivily against the larger chains.

The numerous services on offer at hare hatch enhance the local community and are not to its detriment.

Because Hare hatch Sheeplands is a well run and usefull business which serves the community with lots of quality goods and I am always pleased to shop there as the staff are very helpful. Please keep this petition supported, it's hard enough these days to keep a business going without this problem !
