Help Adam Godley to access his education, by petitioning Ireland's Minister for Education, Norma Foley

Hello everyone,

My name is Adam Godley and my dad Brian and my mom Mary are setting up this petition for me.

We, the Godley family call upon Ireland's Minister for Education, Norma Foley, the Department of Education and my special school to please, uphold my inalienable and imprescrible rights in my country, as stated in the Irish Constitution, to allow me to go back to school again.  

In this petition mom is including a video. As we already set up a Petition for me a few days ago on a different platform but mom had to take it down, because it was censored and shadow banned.

These are the kinds of things that the Irish Government and the Health Service Executive (HSE) do to our family, all the time. It upsets my mom so much, that they can do this to me. Due to this ongoing harassment I now can't attend school at all. Which is quite upsetting.

My parents love me very much but I and they, have had a very tough time of it because I have many special needs. I can't speak myself, so that my family must speak for me. My mom, is my voice but she has been silenced so much for speaking up for me that its hard. 

As I need and deserve a lot of support, that the Irish Government and the Irish Health Service, have failed to give me, for many years now.  This is what made my parents determined to fight for me, to help me, to make my life better. Now though that has meant that the Government and the HSE got very angry with us all, and now we are all afraid of them. So much so that I can't attend school anymore, which makes us all sad and lonely.  

So now we ask please that Ms Norma Foley, Minister for Education and the Dept of Education & my school too, uphold my rights as stated below, as they were recorded in the Constutution of Ireland:

  '...Article 41.1. 1° of the Irish Constitution

"recognizes the Family as the natural primary and fundamental unit group of Society, and as a moral institution possessing inalienable and imprescriptible rights, antecedent and superior to all positive law", and guarantees its protection by the state...'  

My school say that keeping me safe is their priority during these strange times, but it seems this is not the case as we the family believe that in order to do so, they must recognize that my mom and dad love me and know me the best and that all they want is that I be protected from harm, so that I can go back to school.
