Help free Annmarie.

My Daughter was unjustly accused of crimes she didn't commit. She was witness to her boyfriend getting stabbed to death in a fight with another man in a remote area of Missouri. She was held captive by the killer and told if she doesnt do what as he says, she will be next. in a phone conversation the mans Mother finally talked him into turning himself in. My daughter was charged with 1st degree murder and felony weapons charges, both which carry life sentences. There was absolutely no basis for these charges. My daughter testified for the prosecution, took several polygraph tests which she passed, but the prosecutor still charged her with involuntary manslaughter just for witnessing the fight. She weighs 90 pounds, how was she going to stop 2 200 pound men fighting? The prosecutor even said in her plea hearing, he did not believe she was directly connected to his death. No kidding! She wasn't in any way connected to his death, it was a fight between 2 men who had bad feelings toward each other since high school and it ended tragically. had just graduated High School.  But the prosecutor would not let her go.

She had a parole hearing last June and was given a release date for February the 17th. The family of her boyfriend is trying to stop it.

The man who commited the murder was sentenced to 2 life sentences on 2nd degree murder which my daughter helped the prosecution achieve.

My daughter had  never been in trouble and just graduated high school when she met this 28 year old man, she was naive, and fell in with a bad crowd. She has since been diagnosed with cancer and was given no care for over a year while in that horrible jail, when she finally received care in prison, it had spread and treatment was much more invasive.

She has a parole hearing next month. I need to save her from this nightmare. I need to get her into good medical care and save her life. Please help me do that by taking a moment to sign this petition. She is absolutely innocent and needs to be freed.

Thank You,
