  • Dr S Nyende-Byakika did not respond to emails
  • Dr S Nyende-Byakika refused to give feedback about scopes or test results in person or over email
  • Dr S Nyende-Byakika cancelled lectures last minute on numerous occasions
  • The practical guides were removed from blackboard before practicals were completed
  • Slides were disorganized
  • There was very little study material
  • Supplementary marks were released after special exams had commenced
