2.6 Million for Kansas to Push Red Flag Gun Confiscation Orders

Whereas, Federal Government Bribes are coming to Kansas to pass Red Flag Gun Confiscation orders that will be used to target law-abiding Kansas Gun Owners based on anonymous tips, and

Whereas, Red Flag Laws violate the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 10th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and related clauses in the Kansas Bill of Rights, and

Whereas, Kansas can derail this gun confiscation scheme by refusing to allow our State and local law enforment to be commandeered or used to enforce these unconstitutional orders, and

Whereas, the Anti-Commandeering doctrine that indicates that the federal government cannot commandeer State or local agencies or Law Enforcement to enforce their laws which has been upheld in the Supreme Court for over 100 years, including the lastest opinion in the 1990's, and

Therefore, We the gun owners of Kansas demand our State legislature act immediately to pass the Anti-Red Flag Gun Seizure Act.

May 31, 2023 Thousands of Kansans Gun Owners become Felons.

Whereas, On May 31, 2023 40 million American and thousands of law-abiding Kansas Gun owners will be deemed felons overnight based on the most unconstitutional and arbitrary Pistol Brace rule by the ATF, and

Whereas, the Biden Adminatration and others are targeting firearms and firearms accessories in common use that the ATF has approved for manufacture, purchase and possesion for well over a decade but reverse their rules today causing law-abiding gun owners in Kansas to become felons overnight for simply doing nothing, and

Whereas, these legal firearm accessories that include Bump Stocks, Reset Triggers, 80% Lowers, Pistol Braces have all seen unconstituional rule changes in the last few years, the Biden administration continues this trend by seeking to ban the most commonly used rifle in America, the AR-15, and

Whereas, we believe it is time for the State of Kansas to stop these clear violations of our Kansas and U.S. Constitutions at our border now, and

Whereas, it is the duty of our State government and State Law Enforcement to secure our rights and refuse to help or be commandeered by these Federal agencies who seek to disarm gun owners in this State, and

Whereas, Kansas can derail this scheme to disarms us by refusing to allow our State and local law enforment to be commandeered or used to enforce these unconstitutional orders, and

We the gun owners of Kansas, fully support both bills listed above to stop these constant attacks on our right to bear arms in the State of Kansas.

We understand that strong bills like these have been passed in many States around us and fully expect our State to do the same.

We the gun owners of Kasnas, demand that our Kansas legislature pass both these bills immediately to stop the tyranny coming to our State and to our doorsteps on or before May 31, 2023.
