"Justice for Netaji: A National Holiday for the Leader Who Fought for India’s Freedom"

Our Demands for National Honor:

  1. Flag Hoisting at Red Fort:
We demand the National Flag to be hoisted annually on January 23rd by the Honourable Prime Minister and President at the Red Fort in Delhi, as a national tribute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, continuing every year in honor of his legacy.

  2. Declare January 23rd as a National Holiday:
January 23rd must be officially declared a National Holiday, commemorating the birth of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and his monumental role in India's independence.

  3. “Shahid Stambh” at Red Fort:
We call for the construction of a “Shahid Stambh” (Martyrs’ Memorial) at the Red Fort to honor Sri Rash Bihari Bose and the INA martyrs who fought for India's freedom under Netaji's leadership.

  4. Fulfill Rash Bihari Bose’s Final Wish:
The holy ash of Rash Bihari Bose, preserved in Japan, must be brought back to India under the supervision of our Jawans, fulfilling his final wish and paying homage to his sacrifices.

Why These Steps Matter:

  • Symbolic National Unity: Hoisting the flag at the Red Fort on January 23rd will be a strong, visible reminder of Netaji’s legacy.
  • Honoring the Martyrs: A “Shahid Stambh” at the Red Fort will immortalize the sacrifice of the INA soldiers.
  • Fulfilling a Historical Responsibility: Bringing back Rash Bihari Bose’s holy ash is a sacred promise that will restore the rightful place of his memory in our nation’s history.
