We, the undersigned ALPA pilots of the DFW domicile, in service of Spirit Airlines, do hereby request by petition the expeditious establishment of a Local Executive Council (LEC) dedicated to the representation and service of DFW-based pilots. (Article III, Section 10, ALPA Constitution and By-Laws).
