Stop Noise Pollution by Regency Palms Senior Living Long Beach

We, the undersigned neighbors of the Regency Palms Senior Living Center declare that our health and quality of life has been severely affected by noise and air pollution generated by the day-to-day operations of the Regency Palms.

Among adverse effects we have and continue to experience are:

• disrupted or disturbed sleep patterns
• poor concentration and work productivity
• negative impact on mental health
• elevated stress levels
• Tinnitus

Due to the noise pollution caused by the Regency Palms we have been denied the use of our balconies or other outdoor spaces and our property values have been diminished.

We ask the Regency Palms Senior Living Center to bring the noise level of their operations down to levels acceptable to the neighborhood and in compliance with the Long Beach Noise Ordinance.
