PAEDOPHILES SHOULD BE BANNED IN AREAS WHERE ITS KNOWN FOR BOTH VICTIM AND THEM

So let me start this story...

From the age of 6 till I was 12 I was sexually abused by a family friend who got into a relationship with my mum (my parents been split up since I was born)...on the 28th September 2013 he was sentenced to 11 years in prison (https://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/news/10704664.child-sex-beast-is-caged-for-11-years/)

I moved on with my life focusing on getting through school and college. I started working as a carer through agency. 

On the 30th of may I turned 20 which for me was mixed emotions as I was happy my teen years were over but I still felt angry because it was robbed by someone so familiar to me.

Now today which is the 11th June 2019 (well finished on the 12th) my life has changed completely. It was a normal morning and I get called by my agency to work 3pm till 10pm in a care home not far from me. I agree to it and so I get myself ready and then I head to town by bus to get lunch and to catch the other bus which will take me closer to the care home. I get my lunch and I wait for the bus at the shelter. This was approximately at 1410 when a guy walks pass this bus shelter, he looks at me and I look at him and I then look at the floor. He walks by and I start to shake and cry silently to myself (there was elderly people around) and I then had a panic attack...I simply didnt know how to react and so I messaged my brother to say that guess who I've just seen and he calls me immediately and I explain to him it was my rapist. He was in shock himself he was like are you sure it wasnt someone who looked like him! I was 99% sure it was him. Anyway I tell my brother to find some information for me whilst I get to work and to text me if any updates. He does text me with an update...he was released in March and I had no clue at all. My brother was reassured he doesnt live in the same town as me anymore but why was here for? I then get updates from my brother saying that hes got me a number for a victim support lady to see next week and get some banning and restricting orders in place. THIS SHOULD OF HAPPENED AS SOON AS HE WAS RELEASED! 

Now we are on the 12th June and I have had to call a lot of people for answers. The police didnt help at all just said that unless my life was in danger call 999 but I am more than welcome to make a complaint. I've spoken to probation and the support lady who I'm seeing on Monday at 3 30, they are more than happy for me to complain because I had no information. The main person for contact was my mum but shes moved areas herself (yet the problem started at my mums and I've been living with my dad for 10 years or so). They also told me that because I was under 18 I couldnt be the one to get the information about his release...so at the moment it's just all bit confusing with everything. But it's been so distressing. I cant eat anymore and I feel like I was failed as the victim of a crime I never asked for. 

All I want is for people to sign this petition so that it means paedophiles have to do their full sentence and once released the victim and family know about it and the banning order is in place. In the meantime I am also living in fear I will see him again and its made my anxiety more worse. I am very lucky I have my family who are supporting me and i have my partner too. But there has to be a change NOW! 

THERE IS TOO MANY VICTIMS WHO WILL HAVE TO FACE THEIR ABUSERS JUST LIKE ME AND HAVE TO LIVE IN FEAR! 

I've only just turned 20...he was meant to be in prison till I was 24!

So WHERE IS MY JUSTICE?!
