PETITION FOR THE REMOVAL OF CELLIERS BRINK AS MAYOR OF TSHWANE.

We are in a Serious/ Cilliers Brink of a major catastrophe as the Capital city under this arrogant man.

1. Under the Democratic Alliance, Tshwane municipality incurred R10-billion wasteful expenditure,
2. Townships are choking under filth, with waste removal happening after a long period.
3. The people of Tswhane in townships are experiencing water shortages since the DA came into power.
4. Hammanskraal being the most affected and some parts of Mamelodi going for months without water.
5. DA stopped free Wi-Fi for schools, thus disadvantaging poor school kids.
6. DA stopped the Mayoral support for indigent families, most of them being blacks.
7. Brink hardly go to townships for meetings. His focus and action perpetuates divisions and maintains the status quo of two economies, the rich and the poor
8. Black workers in the Mayor's office are marginalized.
9. Worker rights are undermined.
10. Under Brink, the municipality's finances have worsend with countless audit fails.
11. under Brink, revenue collection is about switching of households of the poor who cannot afford to pay high rent as a result of the faulty Billing system, whilst big business and the affluent white areas owe the municipality millions of Rands.
12. under the DA, the inner city has collapsed and has become a haven for crime.
It is clear that the DA has failed to govern in Tshwane. The Brink of catastrophe has no vision and ability to lead as the political head of the Capital City.

The man must be removed
