Petition regarding insurance claims via COE for losses experienced after Alberton Power Outages

We the Residents & Businesses of Alberton, City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, hereby demand that the City of Ekurhuleni Metro take responsibility for the insurance claims, which will be submitted by the residents who have been financially affected by the constant power outages in Alberton over the last 4 weekends. 

Ekurhuleni should take responsibility to make sure that their insurance company positively considers any claims from the residents who have been seriously affected. 

The claims should be considered within 3 months from date of submission. Accept written Affidavits should as not everyone can provide invoices for their losses and do not have private insurance.
