Petition to Establish Late Fees in the Annual Rory Road Homeowners’ Association Collection Process

By signing the petition below, Rory Road Homeowners’ Association (RRHA) members agree to adopt a policy enforcing late fees for delinquent payments as part of the annual RRHA collection process.

The purpose of the Petition is to maintain the financial stability of our community, which is vital to maintaining shared amenities, property values, and necessary services. Late payments disrupt the association's ability to manage efforts, plan, and allocate resources effectively.

Proposed Policy: We propose the following measures:

Late Fee Assessment: A 15% late fee shall be applied to all payments received after the due date. Should the homeowner not comply with paying their dues,

Grace Period: A grace period of 15 days shall be provided before late fees are applied.

Review and Adjustment: The RRHA board will review late fees annually to assess effectiveness and ensure fairness.

Benefits to the Community Equity and Fairness: Ensures that all members contribute equitably without shifting the burden to timely payers.
