Petition to remove Surf4life as thr only ISP at Capital view security estate Lotus gardens

Petition to change the Internet Service Provider for Capital View security estate Lotus gardens 

As residents of Capital View security estate, Lotus Gardens, we are submitting this petition to change the current ISP, Surf4life to one that is better able to provide a stable, consistent internet service to us. 

In the past month, on at least 4 occasions, Surf4lifes internet connection to our homes has gone down, without adequate response from the company. Allowing only one ISP in our estate not only creates a monopoly of service, but also, as we have all experienced, a lack of urgency on the part of the service provider to fix problems, as they are assured of the contract they have with the estate. 

Therefore, we, the residents of Capital View securityestate, petition the Home Owners Association to change the ISP to one with a steadier service and more flexible in it’s dealing with the end users, who are all paying customers.
