Petition to Suspend the Special Assessment

We are owners of units of the Tribeca Condominiums located at 4414 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas, Texas 75219.

We hereby petition the Board to:

1. immediately suspend the special assessment of approximately $250,000;
2. provide all members of the Association with a written, detailed summary of events leading to special assessment, including but not limited to: (a) a timeline of events leading to the expenditures; (b) an itemization of all costs constituting the special assessment (including receipts and invoices); (c) the units and common areas affected; (d) a list of all vendors consulted and related correspondence; (e) all notices/emails sent to the community regarding these expenses, including confirmation of which members received the communications; and (f) information regarding the extent of the involvement of the Board and property manager in approving the expenditures; and
3. not re-instate the special assessment until the Board obtains at least a majority of votes from the members of the Association.

If the Board does not do so, then we hereby petition the Board and/or the President to call a special meeting of the Association as per Section 4.2 (Special Meetings) of the Bylaws, including attendance via video conference call, to among other things, discuss these issues and vote on the removal of directors.
