Ref:  Delay in Providing NIC with the Relevant Information for the Banqueting Staff to Benefit in Economic Relief Program (ERP)

Dear Mr. Richardson,

I am writing this letter to seek a speedy resolution to the delayed release of the relevant information of the Banqueting staff to Benefit in the Economic Relief Program (ERP).  The employees’ ERP funds are already three months late.  This behavior indicates a lack of concern for staff welfare.  It is also affecting the staff morally since the employees are being burdened by the lack of funds for their family’s needs.

I have already aired this concern with Human Resource  Department earlier but there has been extraordinarily little action until now thus, I decided to write an official complaint letter in the hope of receiving a faster response.  Note that I will be meeting with the Labor department to escalate my claim and now lodge a formal letter of complaint on this matter. The next course of action will be to seek legal advice to ensure an amicable resolution.

I know that Royalton Hotel recognizes the importance of its employees and I hope that our rights will continuously be upheld by the company.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
