#208

Vicious my arse ! Those dogs are so soft ! They don't even look scary

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#215

I've passed this man & dog many times, neither are a nuisance. Why are they being punished without an offence having happened?

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#216

I'm a dog lover and this dog is this mans life!!!!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#218

I have walked past this dog frequently and never once had a problem. The guy is extremely polite.leave him and his beloved dog alone

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#219

I have had countless interactions with this buskers dog in the city centre it has always been friendly and placid and a loyal companion to its owner. Do the decent thing and leave well alone.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#220

I'm signing because I am tired of how th homeless and their pets are treated.... completely disgraceful.. the council dislike the homeless dogs as the owners won't give them up to leave the streets so I see it that the council are going for the dogs now in hope that they can remove the owners... the love these people show their dogs are completely heartwarming and I wish they'd be shown some compassion

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#223

It's clear this is victimisation against a man and his beloved dog I walk past and stroke this dog everyday

(Southampton, 2017-01-21)

#225

My two year old daughter loves this dog

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#233

This dog is the most loving dog ever! Never even made a sound or opened an eye to me or my friends as we've gone past or even when we have stopped to chat! What a load of rubbish!!

(Market deeping , 2017-01-21)

#234

I've met both dogs and I've never seen an ounce of agreesion in either of them

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#237

I'm signing as this is so wrong to do that

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#238

I love dogs

(Stevenage, 2017-01-21)

#239

I'm signing because I do not believe that this dog is vicious - I have seen it many times in the town centre and it has just been lying down quietly attached by a short lead to its owner. If it sometimes barks at other dogs, this is normal dog behaviour and does not mean that it is 'vicious'.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#241

I am signing because I have met Eddie and Floyd on many occasion and Floyd is a laid back chilled dog and is not vicious at all. He is Eddies guardian and should never be destroyed. Please just leave them alone there are bigger and meaner thugs in Peterborough that need dealing with that is far more out of control than Floyd would ever be.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#243

I have never seen any aggression from this or any other dog and feel there is no need to have someone's heart broken with no evidence

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#248

I go past this man and this dog and the other way as well when it was aloud to be there every day and there's never a problem what's so ever disgusting.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#249

These dogs are his companions. Everyone needs a friend especially the homeless.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#250

That dog is clearly not a danger to anyone and is this mans only source of comfort.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#251

I'm signing this because to destroy these dogs is totally uncalled for and completely insensitive. The dogs are not vicious in any way shape or form. The dogs are Eddies life. You will destroy this man if you euthanise his dogs. The council need to do something useful like rehome him and help him. This has to be stopped

(Somersham , 2017-01-21)

#252

This is just not right these poor dogs are all he has.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#253

The poor dogs need saving

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#256

This is so wrong :(

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#257

The dogs are not vicious, they are friendly lovely dogs that love their owner.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#265

I have spoken to the man and made fusses of his dogs. There has been no sign of the dogs being aggressive or viscous.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#267

To destroy a person's healthy dog(s) effectively destroys the person. Furthermore anyone could accuse anyone's dog of being the dog that bit them out of malice.

(Shefford , 2017-01-21)

#268

You have no right to take away the love and only family this man has. Let alone take the life of these animals! It is a wrong world where this happens! How did you get it so wrong? How little compassion can you have? I am ambarresed to even have to sign a petition like this. Instead of penalising this man give him a home a place to live and your support.

A mother and woman from Bristol.
-Another lady who isn't taking your bureaucratic lunacy!

(Bristol , 2017-01-21)

#272

I've met Eddie's dogs and neither one has ever been aggressive to either me nor my children

(Yaxley, 2017-01-21)

#273

It's inhumane and completely heart breaking. I've met Floyd and Eddie many occasions and Floyd is so lovely. I can't comprehend why the council want to do this to a poor man, take away the only things that keep him company.. they are his life and his babies! Save them both!!!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#274

Dogs are loyal, they're friends and they're family. If someone acts moronically or disrespectful towards their owner, they're usually going to protect them, regardless if they have a home or not. Keep them together. ❤

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#277

I passs this man and hsi dog frequently and have never seen signs it is dangerous. He loves the dog and it is cruel to him and the dogs to destroy them.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#283

I see this man and dog regularly have never seen it behave aggressively

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#284

As well as destroying the dogs you will be destroying this poor man !!!

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#287

A dogs a man best friend and why should a dog be taken away or be put to death when they have not once biten anyone

(Keighley , 2017-01-21)

#292

Floyd is a lovely dog and neither him nor Eddie deserve this.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#293

His dogs are not vicious at all. This is a joke and don't know why he is being taken to court.

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#295

Because this dog is this man's life and it's quite clear to see somebody is out to make his life even worse than it already is! Show some respect and compassion x

(Kings lynn, 2017-01-21)

#304

Leave the poor guy alone x

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#306

I feel it is disgraceful attempting to remove this mans only companion in the world. I have known of him for many years and the dog has never been aggressive! It is petty and small minded to continue with this and the money used to carry it out could be much better used to actually help some of the vulnerable in our city!! This causes problems not resolved them!!

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#309

This is wrong Eddie and his dogs are not the problem in the town centre. Maybe the PCC should look more into the problems further afield

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#312

This is bollox the dog is not vicious and we'll looked after sort real issues out if you don't like dogs don't go near them.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#314

this is not fair at all and is disgusting!! This man and his animals are the most kind hearted people I know in the city centre who deserve everyone to sign this petition! Makes me so sad and angry and turns my stomach we would want to take someone animal and something so close to there heart taken away!

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#315

Why is it that the less someone has,the more the "powers that be" wish to take away what important something in life that keeps them going? In this poor man's case it is the companionship of his dogs, that makes his life worth living. Please think carefully with compassion

(Great Yarmouth, 2017-01-21)

#317

(Peterborough, 2017-01-21)

#324

(Arboleas, 2017-01-21)

#327

I am singing because they shouldnt be allowed to put this guys dog down for no reason, they have no right to overrule this guys dog because they think they have a higher power or are better than him it is vile to have such people like this, ill happily let this comment go to court, it is sick loads of people walk through the town center with mussles on their dogs or dogs that jump at dogs, why are their not rules for them? How can they prove this dog is violent when the council cant even do their job and keep cyclist from speeding through town and nearly hitting old woman and kids, if a child was rascit or bullying or intentionally hurt someone you wouldnt go and put them down, this man and dog is harmless i have had many conversations and brought him and his dog food, i worked with dogs for over two years down wales doing voluntary work, i trusted this dog that much i even let my daughter stroke it and she is one and pulled on the dogs ears and the dog was not bothered, instead of picking on a poof defenceless guy with nothing left and taking what he has left from him do a better job to stop knife crime, or improve roads which accidents keep happening on, or the people smoking in none smoking areas, their so blinded by stupid things and want to show their egotistical power that the most important things are just being ignored instead they go for an easy option they know they can get a result out, please use this publicly anywhere you see fit, i cant beleive they have gone this low.

(Peterbrough, 2017-01-21)

#334

I have come across this man and his dog and have to say, this animal is just lovely! Neither man or dog cause any problem and after all these years I just don't understand why you would think that this dog is vicious! Outrageous!! Let them be!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#341

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#343

If you won't home Eddie at least give him happiness

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#345

It's cruel to put animals down unless they are suffering. Other wise we are not to play God to them and determine there fate based on other people's views. It's sad this is happening. Human race is a disgrace.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

#346

His dog is no problem to the public and hasnt hurt anyone, his owner looks after him, why do you have to take something away the he loves no matter who he is, these dogs are not problem and are no threat to anyone, it will destroy him.

#348

Those dogs do not and should not be put to sleep... they are that mans best friends... and they need help!

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)

(Liversidge , 2017-01-21)

#398

I'm signing because, on many occasions have myself and my husband, along with my 2 children walked past this gentleman and his dog and I can honestly say that poor dog has NEVER been vicious he's always on a lead or 2 and the people of the council need to grow up and be able to answer questions that are put forward to them. Not hiding away from the truth by victimising some poor guy and his dog.

(Peterborough , 2017-01-21)
