#411

There are two daycares, and two schools in the area. We do not need nor traffic and people around our children.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

#412

This is exactly what ruined Stone Oak. It's one giant parking lot.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

#414

The last thing we need is additional traffic!

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

#416

I would not appose commercial development of the land vs residential

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

#417

Commercial use of that property would better benefit the community then more residential

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

#421

Concerned parent who has children at the daycare next to the proposed site along with increased traffic

(San antonio, 2017-02-14)

#424

Traffic concerns

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

#438

I am signing because this will increase traffic exponentially, in an already congested area that is not being corrected by COSA. Apartments will bring unknown entities of personnel, possibly increasing crime, traffic, and then affecting our property taxes in turn affecting the value of our area. This area was supposed to be away from traffic and the city, yet the city is moving here.

#443

Concerns of traffic and safety

(San Antonio , 2017-02-14)

#445

No infrastructure to support additional housing and people. Traffic remedies should be the priority, not additional development.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-14)

#449

Most seasoned developers evaluate their costs as I'm sure this developer has however, rarely if ever do they weigh the costs to the impacted inhabitants of the pre-existing/surrounding community. No to this development on the many grounds that it will undeniably cost Stone Oak homeowners.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-14)

#462

Blanco Road already bogs down each morning from the area where this apt complex is to be built to 1604. Unless the city intends to add lanes to improve traffic flow, I am against a large apartment complex adding to the traffic each morning.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

#463

Traffic is so bad already

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

Blanco already one of the highest traffic crowd in the city. The Neighborhood need more road and wider high way then will be fine for current traffic issues.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-14)

#476

Stop building apartments out here. There is too much traffic and not enough water.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-14)

Blanco already one of the highest traffic crowd in the city. The Neighborhood need more road and wider high way then will be fine for current traffic issues.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-15)

#485

I live in the Vistas at Stone Oak.. it would cause even more traffic than there already is!

(San Antonio, 2017-02-15)

#486

I do not want the apartments build there. Too many accidents already. Traffic would add to the nightmares.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-15)

#491

I a man singing because I don not want the apartment complex in my neighborhood. I am concerned about traffic flow on Blanco which is already incredibly congested with only has two lanes. Additionally I am concerned with potential crime. Please don not turn San Antonio into what some of the bigger East Coast cities have become with blight crime and congestion.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-15)

#493

I support the petition against City of San Antonio Plan Amendment #16084

(San Antonio, 2017-02-15)

#494

I suuport the petition against City of San Antonio Plan Amendment #16084

(San Antonio, 2017-02-15)

#495

The traffic is already horrible in this area!! An apartment complex will make it so much worse! Every piece of land left does not need to be developed!

(San Antonio , 2017-02-15)

#496

I live off wilderness oak and already deal with heavy congestion leaving to and coming from work. In additi I n, I have notated several accidents at this intersection and don't find it safe to build an apartment comes at.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-15)

#497

Concern regarding the population density of my community

(San Antonio, 2017-02-15)

#500

1. Congestion 2. Increase in crime

#505

I don't want to see an increase in traffic, over crowding in the schools in the area.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-15)

#506

It already takes me forever to get through the traffic light at Wilderness Oak and Blanco. There is no other way around and therefore do not wish to have any added apartments or traffic in the area.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-15)

#507

Safety of the neighborhoods.

(San Antonio , 2017-02-15)

#509

This plan is absurd. Please witness the traffic and then tell me we have room for 500+ more drivers!

(San antonio, 2017-02-15)

#511

We do not want these apartments build here! !!

(San Antonio, 2017-02-16)

#515

Stone oak already congested we don't need a y more traffic

(SAN ANTONIO, 2017-02-16)

#519

I oppose this apartment complex. Traffic in stone oak is already high. Adding more cars to this area will make it worse, despite what the study states.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-16)

#523

I live nearby and do not want increased traffic
in our area, which is already overly congested. There are many children living in the surrounding neighborhoods, and traffic and high speeds are a constant safety concern.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-16)

#524

Because that road/intersection has too much traffic as is

(San Antonio, 2017-02-16)

#527

I drive this to a vapid traffic and it will make an already congested and dangerous area, worse.

(San antonio, 2017-02-16)

#532

Increased traffic, safety and school crowdedness

(San Antonio, 2017-02-16)

#534

The proposed apartments would cause a huge traffic surge which both Blanco Rd and Wilderness Oak Rd are unable to handle.
Constructing apartments will also have a detrimental impact to home property values for homes along Wilderness Oak.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-16)

#539

Increased traffic on ingress and egress that can't support a multifamily development.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-16)

#544

Do not want anymore apartments in our area. Schools and roads overcrowded. Do not want our property values hurt by more apartments.

(San antonio, 2017-02-16)

#546

I oppose this

(San Anronio, 2017-02-16)

#552

I am adamantly against rezoning of this land.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-17)

#555

I'm signing because the traffic at Wilderness Oak and Blanco is already unbearable. We can not support an apartment complex in this area.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-17)

#556

We don't need more traffic in this area. There are already numerous accidents and Traffic is unbearable to just take my kids to school in the morning.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-17)

#571

I do not want apartments at this location. A business that serves the current community would be better suited than a business that only serves itself. We have enough apartments in the area that are not full. Last thing our area needs is more apartments.

(San antonio, 2017-02-17)

#573

There is already too much Traffic in this area.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-17)

#578

Opposed to amendment 16084

(San Antonio, 2017-02-18)

#581

I'm signing this petition because I don't want any more apartment building around the area, it's already too much traffic already.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-18)

#592

Unless the plans have changed since last year there is already a proposed senior apartment complex going on the vacant lot next to Lifehouse Church, that would mean starting at Blanco and Wilderness Oak we would have apartment complex, commercial complex, library, church, senior apartment complex and school....

(San Antonio, 2017-02-19)

#594

I'm signing because the traffic here is already bad and more housing wil make it even worse. A traffic light at the intended location will make things much worse and cause huge delays and in my opinion more accidents.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-19)

#598

I'm opposed to the apartment development on Blanco Rd and Wilderness Oak.

(San Antonio, 2017-02-19)
