Leaving home in the dark; navigating poorly lit and even more poorly maintained roads with drivers not caring about traffic signs like stop streets, is a problem. Add to the mix security risk of faulty street lights... Sadly something that should be done by the council without needing to petition them to just do their jobs; but hey; thats life right?
