WE ARE TIRED OF INDUSTRIES POLLUTING THE AIR WE BREATHE AND THE WATER WE DRINK! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! THE YOUNGER GENERATION SAYS NO! HAVE YOU NOT HEARD THE CRIES OF OUR NATIVE PEOPLES WHO WERE BLUDGEONED MERCILESSLY WHEN WE TOOK THEIR LAND?? When the last tree has been cut down, the last fish caught, the last river poisoned, only then will we realize that one cannot eat money. SAVE OUR NATURAL HABITATS! WE NEED A GREEN FUTURE NOT POISONOUS SUFFOCATING FOSSIL FUELS! GET OUT!!

In protest to the destruction of the natural habitat wetlands and in protection of the residence who would be gravely effected. This is wrong and should be constructed and placed elsewhere.

Dan Carroll (Schaumburg , 2020-12-16)

This 62 acre patch of woodland between summit drive and plum grove road is home to numerous wild animals. It’s also a beautiful piece of land. There’s enough development going on around here. Busse woods is too packed as it is since it’s one of a handful of protected natural areas we have around here. Protect this wooded area please.

There is barely any habitat left her in Schaumburg. Empty strip malls, houses. Let some land just be

Jacqueline Lancaster (Schaumburg , 2020-12-16)

The United States needs to stop building on land that is vacant. If they want all of this space and whatnot they need to go tear down some of the crumbling factories or buildings and build it there! There is absolutely no need to destroy an entire ecosystem! Plus Schaumburg DOES NOT NEED THE MONEY OR BUISNESS THAT BAD!!

Emily Okeefe (Burbank, 2020-12-16)

The wetlands are dwindling as is we need to protect our environment and this essential ecosystem in our community. Conservation of habitat should always trump development when it comes to keeping our community a healthy place for our future generations.

Nikola Balcar (Glenview, 2020-12-16)

I have lived in this area my entire life and have witnessed the destruction of our natural areas for developments. We are displacing local wildlife and increasing pollution when we do this. I am against any development going into our natural wetlands. Nature is important and we have a responsibility to protect it as stewards for this earth. Bees are dying. Pollinators populations are falling off. We need natural areas to be preserved. Please do not allow this and do not destroy the wetlands.

Ami Schneider (Hoffman Estates, 2020-12-16)

This will be right in my back yard. I’ve lived here for over 20 years because it’s a beautiful area. All of the wildlife, the sounds of croaking roads in the Summer, I’d hate to see that all disappear for something of this nature.

Patricia Snarski (Schaumburg , 2020-12-16)

Kelli Braun (Schaumburg, 2020-12-16)

This is one of the final wetlands in the area. It is also too close to houses for a trucking lot to be positioned at that location.
