I have high risk family members. I will have to travel thrice to write the practicals and theory. It is extremely unsafe especially since airports are breeding grounds. I care about my family and their safety along with mine and all other students

I am signing because I stay in sikkim and come from sikkim to banglore for exams during this rise of cases is difficult and on top of that my tickets also got cancelled. Making another tivket doesn't make sence now. It's better we do this sem online and visit next sem.

Because of the rising case of the 2nd strain in Bangalore.

I'm signing because I live in Kerala, and traveling to Bangalore and living in a pg all alone during such a dangerous time scares me a lot. I don't think I'll be able to write my exams well if I'm suddenly travelling and have to stay there during a pandemic that can very well endanger me. The Journo Viva is just an interview, which can EASILY be done over a video call. Same goes for psychology practicals and our exams. Why risk the lives of teachers as well as students over things that can be easily performed online? Us students are okay with waiting for another month, let the cases decrease, let the vaccinations be complete, and then join for the next sem in peace. This sudden surge in cases, and containment zones scares us outstation students. The pressure our family goes through is even greater.

Diya Mariam Jimmy (Kottayam, Kerala, 2021-03-21)

Because I Care about my health and my loved ones.

As I am staying out of banglore, I am very much worried to stay in pg and come to college as cases are increasing day by day.

Deepthi T (Palamaner, 2021-03-21)

It is too dangerous to travel and get in touch with other students who are also traveling from other states. I request the authority of mount Carmel college to keep online exams barcodes if we are health, safe and alive we can even study further. Day by day corona virus cases are increasing and we see so many people dying around us our neighbors, family, and friends . We all have lost our loved ones because of negligence and now it’s high time to be safe at home

Palak Jain (Chennai, 2021-03-21)

It's better if we have the exams online the news for lock down again has made everyone worry about the safety during the exams and I feel it would be better if it would be ONLINE ONLY

I'm signing this because I feel it's very risky to step out of our house and endanger ourselves and other people around as as we all know it's a contagious disease and it can spread very easily so we need to very cautious about it henceforth I request that exams should be held offline until it's safe to step out.

Samreen Alam (Banglore, 2021-03-21)

#103

I am staying abroad and it's difficult to come there and suddenly there is a lock down or cases are increasing and pg's ask to vacate the rooms. I Would just be stuck there. My parents are in uae and pretty much they like all parents would be worried and scared. Thats I feel students should be given the change to choose if they want it online or offline.

As we all know the cases are increasing day by day and getting worse... it’s not been covered my media but the cases are increasing and getting worse.. many of them should travel from far away and live in pgs which is very much dangerous for the ones who stays and also for the people in college ... they say to maintain social distance but we all know no one will maintain the social distance once we all get in the college .. so from one person everybody will fall sick and even parents are very much scared to send their children to the college.. so I request that this time all the exams should be held online as nothing is more important than our life’s .. I request the head of our college to take a decision that all the exams should be held online ...
