Talal DIB (Toronto, 2021-06-03)

#8

I can’t believe the continued “large development” assault happening in the smaller Don Mills area!!
This corner lot proposal is ridiculous and completely ill-planned for the surrounding area(s).

Kelly Rocoff (North York , 2021-06-03)

#12

The proposed developments are insult to the city of Toronto planning guidelines as well as all in-force bylaws.

Branko Jaksic (Toronto, 2021-06-05)

#13

No more new developments that ruin the community.

Chang Duong (Toronto , 2021-06-05)

#19

Marija Jaksic (Toronto, 2021-06-05)

#23

Building is too tall.

Annie Quach (Toronto, 2021-06-05)

#27

It is outrageous that the city ignores its own bylaws and destroys residential environments!

Andrea Zabaneh (North York, 2021-06-05)

#36

I am very much against this development ---TOO MUCH TRAFFIC and TOO MANY PEOPLE at Leslie and York Mills NOW with all the high buildings. WILL BE A DISASTER

Ann Shendroff (Toronto, 2021-06-05)

#38

Too much traffic

Kevin Chan (Toronto, 2021-06-05)

#58

I oppose this development

Jason Walker (Toronto, 2021-06-05)

#64

The area is too dense already.

Joanna Behar (Toronto, 2021-06-05)

#66

I'm signing because the two new buildings to be built at Leslie and York Mills intersection are too high and too dense, it will cause excessive traffic and crowded schools.

Grace Zhang (Toronto, 2021-06-06)

#67

This is not wanted in this area.

Meagan Lord (North York, 2021-06-06)

#74

I live in this area and the traffic is already terrible as it is. This area does not need another condo nor is there the infrastructure in place to support it.

Miki Roros (North York, 2021-06-06)

#83

NO to the destruction of the historic Toronto neighbourhood!

Dina Chipouline (Toronto, 2021-06-06)

#88

i oppose

Frank Eng (Toronto, 2021-06-06)

#89

Ludicrus planning, not enough parkimg in the area as it is, high rise buildimgs not needed or wanted in the location of low industrial companies and residential homes.. Can we stop this greed of land grabbing that's replacing logic and community living?

Dora Madgett (North York, 2021-06-06)

#91

I'm signing because I oppose this development which is totally ill-suited and at odds with the community and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Craig Empson (North York, 2021-06-06)

#93

I am strongly opposed to the proposed development.

Serguei Chipouline (North York, 2021-06-06)

#94

Opposition of new development

Jack Sheridan (North York , 2021-06-06)

#95

Because this a beautiful old Toronto neighborhood and this simply has no place there as outlined in the petition, too high, too dense ...

Paula Jaksic (Toronto, 2021-06-06)

#102

Density will destroy the neighbourhood.

Ann Langer (North York, 2021-06-07)

#104

I’m signing because the development is too large and encroaches on the residential neighbourhood

Teri Gleeson (North York, 2021-06-07)

#105

I live in the neighbourhood and the project is out of place here. Low rise without removing mature trees would be the right choice.

Yvetta Belenski (Toronto, 2021-06-07)

#107

This development is just plain wrong in so many ways.

Stephen Nitikman (North York, 2021-06-07)

#109

This is totally inappropriate development for this community: too dense, too high, significantly negative impact on traffic, transportation, infrastructure, schools ...

Michael Orr (North York, 2021-06-07)

#110

This is an obscene proposal.

Kevin Saffer (North york, 2021-06-07)

#119

This development is Not consistent with the city’s official plan and will seriously impede the limited infrastructure that currently exists in the area. In addition, it will severely impede the privacy of the homeowners that purchased their homes in this areas specifically because of its respect for the environment. The plan that is proposed clearly violates all that this neighbourhood stands for and specifically what EPTaylor designated
For the area. That the residents of this area should be ignored regarding their concerns is very troubling.

Vicki Solway (North York, 2021-06-08)

#120

For the excessive density
Already having excessive tragic of course when COVID was not yet

George and Maria Papadopoulos (North York 28 rippleton rd , 2021-06-08)

#121

Together we can make a difference!

Grace Ho (North York , 2021-06-08)

#132

This neighbourhood is highly desirable because of it's low density and lack of congestion. This high-rise development would put this at risk and is NOT congruent with the suburban feel of Don Mills. I highly oppose the development as proposed.

Sue Ferguson (North York, 2021-06-08)

#142

I am against this building

Fatima Lalani (North York , 2021-06-10)

#144

i am opposing the application for Zoning By-law Amendment at 801 York Mills Road and 1855 Leslie Street.

senmai kuang (toronto, 2021-06-10)

#145

Traffic

Reed Ong (North York, 2021-06-11)

#146

We don’t want more traffic, with more pollution. We don’t need a crowded neighbourhood. We don’t need any more high rises!!! Stop the foreign investors from destroying our housing market. This way Canadian citizens can afford to buy homes. We don’t need more homes!!!

Niloufar Rastegar (North york , 2021-06-11)

#147

I oppose the proposed development because its density is excessive, and will the destroy the sense of family the area has always enjoyed.

Tom Hall (Toronto, 2021-06-11)

#155

Traffic

Priscilla Chan (North York , 2021-06-12)

#157

It has great impact on adjacent residential communities, noise, traffic, the associated shopping area, educational and park resources.

Yuan Zhang (Toronto, 2021-06-12)

#158

I live in this neighborhood for over 30 years. There will be TOO much traffic if the proposal goes through. It will also affect the noise level.

Edward Jin (Toronto , 2021-06-12)

#160

the area is overcrowded. Traffic is too heavy in area. Shadow of building is too big.
Lose trees.
Lack of infrastructure.
Anne Moorhouse

Anne Moorhouse (North York, 2021-06-13)

#166

I'm signing because development is about enhancing existing communities NOT ruining them.

Jerry Caplan (Toronto, 2021-06-13)

#167

Opposing to this development due to all reasons mentioned.

Petra Serban (Toronto, 2021-06-14)

#177

I’m signing against this development because it will have a huge negative impact on the community

Margarita Martinez (Toronto, 2021-06-18)

#178

This is an awful idea, this area is way too crowded, leslie already has enough traffic due to access to the 401. This needs to stop.

lucas pineda (Toronto, 2021-06-19)

#189

I am signing as this will make bad traffic much worse. Badly planned :(

Vicki Jones (Toronto, 2021-06-24)

#197

These buildings are way too big for the areas. If they were cut down by 50% then they would fit in. I'm worried about congestion and cars. There is only a bus route there. The infrastructure for shopping, public transportation can't accommodate this.

Sandra Wade (Toronto, 2021-06-29)

#200

I don't want this neighborhood to start looking like downtown.

Mateya Lucic (North York, 2021-07-02)
