Going to cause to much Traffic then we already have

Rachel Weaver (Hanahan, 2021-08-02)

#603

Because we already have way to much traffic and building that will cause much more !

Chelsea Weaver (Hanahan,, 2021-08-02)

#606

Our area can not handle more people without the improved infrastructure to support.

Jason Conyers (Hanahan , 2021-08-02)

#610

I am a resident of Tanner Plantaion, The Gardens. I do NOT want to live in a bedroom community. I do NOT want more apartments and more traffic. I would like local businesses.

Terri Menken (Hanahan , 2021-08-03)

#615

Hanahan schools and roads are already overcrowded. We don’t need more housing!

Charlie Bullington (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#618

The community and our school are already overcrowded.

Linda Henman (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#619

Too many people nowp

Rebecca Spitulski (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#623

Too many apartments.

Phillip Cummings (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#626

The incorporation of additional multi-family apartment buildings will do nothing but increase traffic and hurt residential property values in the area and bring further traffic issues to the already overburdened area. Additional retail space is needed to support the vast Tanner Plantation and greater Hanahan areas additionally this remaining as commercial/retail space will provide for reasonable/affordable properties that small & local business owners can take advantage of.

Christopher Grimm (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#641

The last thing we need is more traffic. We need retail space if anything!

Jacob Thiry (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#642

No more rental apartments because we do not have the infrastructure to grow that rapidly. Also, some of the highest prices homes in Hanahan backing up to apartments brings property values down. Thank you

Kerry Williams (Hanahan , 2021-08-03)

#645

There's already enough traffic in front of my house.

Louis tyson (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#648

I’m signing because I wasn’t small business, not multi-family housing.

James Scott (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#653

This is a terrible idea. Apartment complexes are a virus taking over the whole metro area. Nothing but greed.

Matthew McIntire (HANAHAN, 2021-08-03)

#657

I DO MOT WANT MORE TRAFFIC/APARTMENTS! WE DO NOT NEED THEM!

Michelle Robbins (Hanahan , 2021-08-03)

#659

This re-zoning will hurt Tanner and Hanahan more than benefit it. There is already too much traffic between families that live in Tanner and it being used as a cut-through.

Doris Hunter (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#665

I don’t who you all think you are building an apartment complex in this area. This will not help home values and will cause more congestion. How dare you intrude on folks real estate invests in an area that is so equitable with your apartment complex. If you must intrude on this area and destroy what others have established long before you were ever here then you are trash and we will fight you every step.

Justin Johnson (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#668

Terrible idea!

Christina Sweatman (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#671

Bring in small businesses and restaurants, not more people.

Bradley Powell (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#676

I moved back to Hanahan with my children because I wanted them to grow up in a small town and go to the best schools like I did. Hanahan is changing too fast with all the new homes and rapidly increased population. I agree with above that we do not have the infrastructure to support the proposed residential facilities.

Judith Burbage (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#678

Tanner is already over populated. When an accident happens, you are literally trapped in the neighborhood for hours. Our schools can not handle more kids. I do not want our children to have to apply for a lottery to attend our neighborhood school. Overdevelopment will lead to that!

Ashley Steele (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#683

Do not want the apartments in tanner plantation

Gregory Cau (Hanahan , 2021-08-03)

#686

Adding more homes adds more traffic, more kids to overcrowd the school that was built to handle overcrowding

Victoria Withers (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#687

The schools are already too crowded! We enjoy the woods that are a barrier in front of our neighborhood. This is an awful idea and will kill the equity we have in our home.

Cliff McLeod (Hanahan, 2021-08-03)

#694

I do not want apartments built at this site. It is already too congested.

Vikkii do mot want apartments built at this sit Englert (Hanahan, 2021-08-04)

I live here

Kane Ateshian (Hanahan, 2021-08-04)

#702

I oppose the increase of residents and resulting infrastructure burdens which have not been planned or paid for.

Clifton Ivey (HANAHAN, 2021-08-04)

#704

Way too much development

Patricia Bannister (Hanahan, 2021-08-05)

#705

I am signing this because there is already too much traffic on yeamans hall rd in Hanahan and speeding is just getting worse.

Denise Stalvey (Hanahan, 2021-08-05)

#707

I vote NO and I live in Tanner Hall. We do not need overcrowding.

Becki Brown (Hanahan, 2021-08-06)

#711

I think roads, schools, traffic, and quailty of life will change with additions. Schools around here are already over crowded. Roads are not being added to accomidate more people.

Melissa Stone (Hanahan, 2021-08-10)

#713

I am signing because I agree with the points made above.

Cristina Smith (Hanahan, 2021-08-20)

#714

I personally feel like Hanahan is a small town that is being packed in Tanner Plantation since it is the only land left. Find other ways to make money instead of packing us up like sardines.

Tammy Harris (Hanahan, 2021-08-20)

#715

Overcrowding and decreased property value.

Kevin Johnn (Hanahan, 2021-08-20)

#716

I agree strongly with the contents of this petition that it needs to be executed to real time.

Rickj Matt05 (Okmulgee, 2021-08-24)

#720

My husband and I want to raise a family here - a smaller town feel with good schools and good neighbors. We love our town the way it is! This is not the place for busy apartments.

Caroline Murray (Hanahan, 2021-08-24)

#724

I do not feel that we have the infrastructure to accommodate apartment buildings.

Andrea Dickinson (Hanahan, 2021-08-28)

#725

no more apartments!!!!

ella barecante (hanahan, 2021-08-29)

#726

We don't need anymore apt or housing. It is over populated already.

Terrie Perry (Hanahan, 2021-08-30)

#731

I’m signing this petition because this is not what we want for our community. If you allow this constant overhauling and hostile takeovers of our community, it will cease to exist as what we know our community to be. A quaint thriving and family-friendly community for our families to thrive in from birth to adults. A village!! You are elected to serve the people and the will of the people is to not allow this takeover. We have invested in our community with our homes, families, money, sweet, blood, and tears, and to pull the rug out from under us when we are supposed to trust our elected officials that were voted in to do the right thing, would be a grave mistake. DO THE RIGHT THING AND VOTE NO TO THIS HOSTILE TAKEOVER!!

Tracy Robinson-Hughes (Hanahan, 2023-01-01)

#732

I cannot attend the meeting tonight due to prior engagements with my child. I am signing this to let you know I am fully against adding apartment complexes at the entrance of our neighborhood. We did not pay almost $700,000 for a house to have the value brought down, the traffic increased, and the ideal neighborhood for our child to grow up to be ruined by the addition of apartments. Please understand the damage this would do to our wonderful, small community.

Jennifer Weaver (Hanahan , 2023-01-03)

#733

Building apartments near such high values homes will only devalue the holes in the area, this will ultimately take money out of our pockets for people who own homes in the area. This will also greatly increase traffic to an already crowded road, and over populate the schools. I can not see any value in this at all.
