Test Signature - Rick is supporting this cause :) Please let us sell the products.

Rick Warner (Sydney, 2021-10-01)

This is a ridiculous practice that harms local business with no logical benefit I can see to Asmodee aside from pettiness around larger markets like the UK and US waiting longer for product and throwing a hissy fit about it. If the stock is on hand and it’s for sale elsewhere, it’s should be for sale here.

Stephen del Prado (Yarrabilba, 2021-10-01)

FFG / AMG / Asmodee have had constant, long, pre pandemic distribution issues in Australia. It has nearly killed games dead in their tracks. The fact that this is still an issue after all these years. 2 years into a pandemic is frankly astonishing. If the vaccine rollout was managed by these distributors the boat carrying everything would never have left the port. Let the store sell the stock once they get it. It's not a video game release.

Josh Brown (Ballarat, 2021-10-01)

#11

It's crazy that this has been released in some parts of the world but Australia has to wait for the USA release. Asmodee, let our stores sell their stock and support the local community!

James Brett (Melbourne, 2021-10-01)

#12

Why should Aussie’s be behind?

Jay Lajtar (Orange , 2021-10-01)

#14

Asmodee's distribution has been so detrimental to so many Australian retailers and gaming communities

Nick Gentile (Melbourne, 2021-10-01)

#29

The stock shortages being exacerbated for these products in Australia is confusing and damaging to the local community.

Lachlan Moore (Brisbane, 2021-10-01)

#30

I’m signing because I want to see local stores survive and thrive and at the very least compete on a level playing field

Craig Walker (Sydney, 2021-10-01)

#34

I love Star Wars and Star Wars Legion and I would love to see the game flourish. We are already at a disadvantage with product not being released and if this wave isn’t either, we’ll be too far behind the rest of the world. It’s bad enough that the past 6 months into 2 years has seen us not being able to play in real life

Brendan Cook (Sydney, 2021-10-01)

#38

How is this fair

Brendan Dorr (Wattkegrove, 2021-10-01)

#40

The unfair treatment of both consumers and retailers in Australia by Asmodee games. This is causing damage to local gaming communities and their retailers.

Abe McLeod (Wagga Wagga, 2021-10-01)

#41

Because this hurts retailers when customers go and buy product from other countries that aren't restricted like Australia is.

Tristin Twyford-Jones (Brisbane , 2021-10-01)

#46

I believe in the cause

Chook Romanczukiewicz (Bacchus marsh, 2021-10-01)

#49

If this product is in stock and being sold everywhere else in the world, then why can't it be sold in Australia as of this very moment? This is market prejudice. Shame on Asmodee.

Stephen Spiteri (KINGSLEY, 2021-10-01)

#50

It is wrong for the rest of the world to release a product while Australia is restricted with no real reason behind it

Sean Fahey (Gladstone, 2021-10-01)

#62

It's not fair. Everyone deserves equal opportunities, especially supporting our local operators.

Corey Fulcher (Brisbane , 2021-10-01)

#65

There should be realistic limits on restraint of trade. This does not affect the ability of others to legally profit in any other market, and is an unrealistic restriction.

Neil Mahoney (Brisbane, 2021-10-01)

#68

Concur completely.

Phil Wager (Jerrabomberra, 2021-10-01)

#76

Asmodee telling Australian stores the product isn't released while simultaneously selling produxt directly to Australians is utterly ridiculous.

Brad Scott (Canberra , 2021-10-01)

#77

I’m signing because I want to support Australian business through the pandemic and it makes no sense that overseas have access to released models but we don’t despite LGS having the stock.

Tristan Hurley (Drouin, 2021-10-01)

#78

Take my moneyyyy

Rhett Eldred (Canberra, 2021-10-01)

#81

This situation is patently absurd and shows gross contempt for the Australian store’s and their customers.

Paul Campbell (Sans Souci, 2021-10-01)

#87

I am signing because all product releases should be simultaneous worldwide so as not to disadvantage any one market.

Rene Hendriks (Canberra, 2021-10-01)

#90

It's ridiculous that some countries are allowed to sell stock internationally while Australia isn't allowed to sell their stock at all.

Ryan O'Donnell (Wagga Wagga, 2021-10-01)

#92

Because I want these items and would buy straight away!

James McGuire (Melbourne, 2021-10-01)

#95

Local game stores are getting killed by these delays which are seeing customers find the products overseas instead of supporting their local stores. If the product is available in country and already on sale overseas then it should be available to sell here too.

Evan Rees (Toowoomba, 2021-10-01)

#99

I enjoy the hobby and want the Australian community to continue to be vibrant and active in this shared love our hobby.

Sean Magin (Brisbane, 2021-10-01)

#101

It's an absolute joke that the rest of the world can sell products but Australian retailers can't.

Mitch Wade (Townsville , 2021-10-01)

#106

Im sogning this to support Australian businesses that are struggling at the moment

Tyrnne Hoskins (Ermington, 2021-10-01)

#107

We should be able to buy products from an Aussie shop.

Brendan Liam Healy (Orange, 2021-10-01)

#112

It is unfair that stores have stock ready to sell but are denied the right to, despite other parts of the world already having access to the same products.

Jarod Howell (Melbourne, 2021-10-01)

#113

Fuck that bullshit, if you get them you sell them, saying otherwise is stupid.
I'm in France and we already have had some of those for weeks, and we aren't even supposed to get them at all, having no french localisation...

Benjamin Cascales (Fondamente, 2021-10-01)

#115

I’d rather buy from a local than over pay to get it shipped from overseas

Reece Power (Belmont, 2021-10-01)

#118

I want to be able to buy from and support Australian stores so that the game grows and continues in Australia.

Andrew Wynen (Sydney , 2021-10-01)

#120

Being a game seller is hard enough, let alone when there is a pandemic. Then on top of that, for some arbitrary reason, when a territory has product, it can't be sold? Like sure, you want a simultaneous release ideally, but when has anything in the last 18 months been ideal? Give everyone involved a break, and if a territory has the product, let them sell it.

Edward Stumpfel (West chicago, 2021-10-01)

#122

Because this is bullshit. ******* Asmodee shouldn’t be putting stores out if business during a pandemic and shipping crisis. Give these guys a break.

Andrew Roberts (Bristow, 2021-10-01)

#130

We all understand that shipping is in a complex and evolving state, but withholding releases in one region while allowing them in another is fundamentally unfair and drives customers towards online purchases instead of supporting the local stores that support them, and support the growth of these games.

Colm Kiely (Perth, 2021-10-01)

#137

It's hard enough on businesses as it is without withholding authorisation to sell locally and forcing customers to go online instead

Mike B (Perth, 2021-10-01)

#139

I believe in small business and want to see them stay open. Also it’s rubbish that we don’t have global release dates.

Jireh Scheurwater (Mount Sheridan, 2021-10-01)

#141

I agree with the statement. If it’s available elsewhere it should be available here

Trevor Williams (Kings Park, 2021-10-01)

#146

Its out already elsewhere!

Ashley Skett (Perth, 2021-10-01)

#148

I want to support local game stores and the gaming scene in Australia

Joel Waddell (Perth, 2021-10-01)

#151

The models are here. They should be for sale.

chris swain (perth, 2021-10-01)

#152

The Australian gaming community is suffering because of administrative reasons

Peter Oliver Lyons (Moree, 2021-10-01)

#155

Games stores have had a bad year and don't deserve to be treated unfairly due to poor Asmodee distribution and negative business practices.

Matthew Woods (Salford, 2021-10-01)

#157

Supporting local businesses is super important and by preventing local stores from selling stock they have in is absurd

Matthew Arthur (WARAMANGA, 2021-10-01)

#160

I’m sick of waiting to buy stock locally that is available to the rest of the world

Jason Culverwell (Perth, 2021-10-01)

#162

We shouldnt have to wait for stock in USA if the stock is already here. The EU has it why do we have to wait for USA when EU doesn't.

James McGill (Toowoomba, 2021-10-01)

#165

Ozzys need minis too

Sam Thomas (Chester, 2021-10-01)

#167

Forcing delayed launches on a country does nothing but ruin the motivation for people to take part in the game and buy kits and miniatures. forcing another country to buy from another country only hurts local industries, leaves a sour taste in peoples mouths when they find out why AND top it off with cause businesses to lose money, meaning potential shutdowns and no-one to provide the items when you finally decide to allow sales. its wrong and those responsible should be ashamed of themselves

Callum Harbourn (Brisbane, 2021-10-01)

#170

This is an absolute joke by companies to their Australian customers, not only do we get higher prices but also need to wait longer than elsewhere when Australian stores actually have it in stock

Jeremy Clarke (Kanwal, 2021-10-01)

#171

Asmodee sucks and even though I live and ocean away, I hate to see FLGS close.

Jorge Perez-Manso (Jacksonville, Fl, 2021-10-01)

#174

I’m signing because it is unfair both on the local retailers, who are trying to make a living, and the customers, who are being made to wait for product for no apparent reason.

Jeff Brewer (Dunlop, 2021-10-01)

#176

I agree 100% with Rick.

Theodore Crane (Orange, 2021-10-01)

#181

This is incredibly unfair for both customers and retailers

Luke Hartley (Adelaide , 2021-10-01)

#185

Y should aus always miss out on release dates if they have the stock y not sell the supplier already has there money.

Sean Garcia (Townsville, 2021-10-01)

#186

Signing because we have always been behind on releases and miss out on promos

Zach Ofarrell (Miranda, 2021-10-01)

#199

We should be allowed to sell the stock that is available. We have always been behind other countries releases, so would be nice to be on the same schedule or in front for once.

Marcus Ward (Frankston, 2021-10-01)
