Laree Sparks (Littleton, 2021-10-29)

#5

I share these concerns... particularly those of parking and traffic.

Susan Conwell (Littleton, 2021-10-29)

#6

I’m signing because as a resident of Mountain Gate III who will be directly impacted by traffic, parking, and view, I support all five of the issues stated in this petition. We have/are being taken advantage of!

Rebecca Hanson (Ken Caryl, 2021-10-29)

#7

I Own A condo in Mountain gate three and I’m very concerned about the development proposals. And agree with the petition.

Elizabeth Reder (Denver, 2021-10-29)

#13

Our property's patio fronts Alkire Street and the proposed development will significantly impact traffic noise and property values without adequate mitigation efforts on the part of the county and developer.

Teresa Roberts (Littleton, 2021-10-29)

The traffic is already bad enough. Are they going to lengthen the left turn lanes on Ken Caryl Ave. so they don't back up into through lanes, which they already do?

Steven Johndrow (Ken Caryl Ranch, 2021-10-29)

#30

My present quality of life will be virtually destroyed if this development takes place literally within yards of my balcony and bedroom windows.

Curtis Page (Littleton, 2021-10-29)

#44

I live in Mountain Gate 3 and S Alkire St is already dangerous with people speeding down it to get to the neighborhood to the north. Adding thousands more people will make this so much worse.

Abby Quinn (Littleton, 2021-10-31)

#46

ALL issues addressed as petitioned.

Adam Kyle (littleton, 2021-10-31)

#49

I'm signing because I also have large concerns that building in that area will effect traffic, overall living and the wildlife.

Courtney Nystrom (littleton, 2021-11-01)

The construction of parcel A and C will negatively impact residents of Mountaingate 3 for years. This construction will likely devalue the condos and conflict with the intent of the original construction of these buildings. Parking will also become a significant issue.

Brandon McDonald (Littleton, 2021-11-01)

#52

I agree with the concerns regarding the Jefferson County Planning and Zoning Case Name “Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains Filing No 1” Case Number 21-121001PF. I believe that this development will have a negative impact on the community.

Jessica Sandstead (Littleton , 2021-11-01)

#55

I have concerns that the density of the new development with have multiple negative impacts on Ken-Caryl Ranch as it currently exists.

John Meredith (Littleton, 2021-11-02)

#63

This would cause a tremendous decrease in value, difficulties parking, noise problems, decrease in quality of life. There’s so much more to this.

Rachel Bates (Littleton, 2021-11-05)

#68

Mountain View’s will be blocked. The design of these condos are out of place in our neighborhoods and we already have a traffic problem on Ken Caryl!

Marian Bliss (Littleton, 2021-11-07)

#74

We don’t need more people in our community. It would only wreck more havoc on the current roads, infrastructure, child care availability and more and more and more..

Go somewhere else!

Josh Lynch (Ken Caryl, 2021-11-08)

#81

Traffic on Alkire St. will be negatively impacted!

Jack Heckler (Littleton, 2021-11-09)

#83

I believe that this development will had adverse effects on our community. Overpopulating it

Catie Collins (Littleton, 2021-11-10)

#87

Lack of water with dense housing is a huge issue in this area, as is potential for fire. Area open space also would be over-used.

Linda Gaber (Evergreen, 2021-11-10)

#93

The Jeffco Board of Commissioners apparently place more value on tax dollars than on quality of life. This proposed development will have a negative impact on the area, reduce property values of current condo owners in all three Mountain Gate complexes, and over-burden an already strained infrastructure.

Linda Garrison (Littleton, 2021-11-10)

#98

I specifically moved here recently for the quiet and safety of the neighborhood. In addition, there is already way too much traffic for being the outskirts of town. It is already very difficult for me to turn onto alkire street with the current traffic and parking.

Tawni Stacy (Littleton, 2021-11-10)

#101

We have enough traffic on Alkire Street as it is. Also, it will take up parking spaces on the street. We do not have enough spaces in the complex to accomodate.

Joanne Seebeck (Littleton, 2021-11-11)

#104

I’m signing because the money hungry developers need to understand they are the reason the beauty in this state is getting ruined. Go out East of I25 with the rest of the vultures

Zach Carrick (Littleton , 2021-11-11)

#105

I am against the new Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains development as proposed. The size of this proposed development is too large for our community and will had a negative impact on traffic, parking congestion, and safety

Constance Barton (Littleton, 2021-11-11)

#113

I have significant concerns regarding the traffic, lack of adequate infrastructure and safety issues regarding the proposed development.

Kristen Dixion (Littleton, 2021-11-12)

#122

As a nearby neighbor of Mountain Gate (Saddlewood) I agree with the points in this petition that Jeffco needs to require new traffic and noise studies as Alkire is already a dangerous road, especially in winter and more traffic will result in more accidents and potentially deaths. Our high-schoolers regularly walk this route and that much more traffic will seriously pose a threat to their safety.

Carole Brehm (Littleton, 2022-01-12)

#125

Because I live off Alkire and this will directly effect me and my family

Chelsey Skower (Littleton, 2022-01-12)

#127

I live in Saddlewood an adjacent neighborhood that this development also impacts.

Beth Marketos (Littleton, 2022-01-12)

#129

This is my home.

Ashley DeNome (Littleton , 2022-01-13)

#130

I agree with the points in this petition that Jeffco needs to require new traffic and noise studies as Alkire is already a dangerous road, especially in winter and more traffic will result in more accidents and potentially deaths.

Wendy Knott (Littleton, 2022-01-13)

#131

I an signing because I am a resident of the North Plains and these concerns are valid to us as residence and ha e me very concerned of the negative impact t to my current neighborhood, traffic, safety, property value as a mountain view home, and noise pollution.

Vincent DeNome (Littleton , 2022-01-13)

#132

I believe this development will add too much density to the area and erode our community.

Curtis Ahrendsen (Littleton, 2022-01-13)

#134

I am vehemently opposed to the extension of Indore and the over sloping of Alkire, and lack of sidewalks, along with all other stated items.

Erik Johnsen (Littleton, 2022-03-20)

#135

I’m signing this because this community is special, and the developers will maximize profit over community and safety. Already the roads around Ken Caryl are dangerous, especially for kids, and the lack of parking and traffic studies will make it more so.

Courtney Lake (Littleton, 2022-03-21)

#136

I agree will the statements made in the petition. There is too much traffic in this area and that land has been vacant forever and needs to stay that way. I hate that all Colorado is interested in is building and bringing in more people. Not even a great place to live anymore. Please don’t let the mighty dollar ruin our area!

Linda Christiansen (Littleton , 2022-07-02)

#137

When is enough, enough? The infrastructure and resources of southwest Littleton is strained beyond repair and needless. Stop over-development of this area!

James Nix (Littleton , 2022-07-30)
