Because it’s very important to me that Steven Williams, Legacy lives on in some special way. That way, I don’t want to be his wife out there putting her special touch where he lost his life.

I am signing this because Coach Steve was the definition of a role model. He fought for a lot of kids through sports, through advice, through simple gestures when you weren’t feeling all there. He gave you someone to talk to & never once did he ever not want to talk. He was a trophy for basketball in itself. & he is always going to be missed!!❤️ RIP coach Steve💜

Coach Steve was/is instrumental in these children's lives in many ways. He was a mentor to my son, personally, for many years. So much so, in fact, that my son is now playing college in Coach Steve's hometown (which we had no clue about). I am, as well as many other parents, forever grateful to the time, love, and commitment Coach Steve gave to our children.

Coach Steve made a huge impact on three of kids: Zion, MaKiyah and Andrew. He was like a father to them when they needed it the most. When he passed, it took a piece of them. My two younger ones still play ball and dedicate every game to him.

I know the legacy Steve left behind. He coached my son for 7 years. His unrentlentless determination to help the youth in RH was felt by all who came in contact with him. All he ever wanted to do was to coach the youth in bball to help RHHS to become a powerhouse while also mentoring each player He coached. Not just making sure they played well on the court but performed well in the classroom.
