I am opposed to the 2022 HOA budget

Dustin Murdoch (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#16

I don’t approve of raising the HOA fee from $10/mo to $25/mo. I don’t feel that the increase of $15/mo is justified nor necessary. I’m content with $10/mo as I am pleased with the status quo and don’t feel additional improvements need to be made to the Hunters Field community.

John Allemang (406 Lexie Way, 2021-12-31)

#19

Lack of detail in budget, lack of communication & the boards decision to not reach out to the community for suggestions during the year prior to adjusting budget.

Dale Saller (Jefferson hills, 2021-12-31)

#21

Don’t want hoa geese raised

Alisha Grogan (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#22

We disagree with the 2022 budget/increase proposal and are content with the $10 a month we are paying and not receiving nor needing any benefit from. If anything the HOA should be dissolved.

Michael & Katelyn Mull (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#27

I feel that a $15 per month increase at one time is unnecessary, especially when we do not know what the money is being spent on.

Todd and Mattie Dolfi (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#31

I don’t agree with the increase.

Marie Mclaughlin (Jefferson hills , 2021-12-31)

#50

I would like to know where extra money is going

Deborah Beasock (Jefferson hills, 2021-12-31)

#53

I'm signing this because I think that before there is a 150% increase in the yearly dues, that the board needs to give a thorough explanation to all of the homeowners as to why such a large increase is necessary at this time and a specific spending plan as to how this money is going to be used.

Amanda Fetsick (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#55

I’m signing due to the lack of transparency and communication provided regarding this matter.

Ron Ferchak (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#57

There has not been clear communication regarding where these funds will be utilized. The board represents us as a community. It does not dictate where the funds shoujd be allocated.

Heather Wagner (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#58

More information needs to be provided to the homeowners prior to this increase taking effect.

Shelley Brown (Jefferson Hills, 2021-12-31)

#90

I disagree with HOA increment.

Pralad Mishra (Jefferson Hill, 2022-01-04)

#92

(1) The Management fee seems excessive, with no indication of where it goes. If this is the cost of collecting HOA fees, why can’t this be a function of the board?
(2) I am generally not in favor of large reserve funds, since a way will be found to spend them. We should start with a solid budget for only and then collect the money needed to administer it.
(3) The budget lacks detail. It may, or may not, be reasonable, but there is no way to know with what has been presented.

George Gardner (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-04)

#93

Never was part of the discussion and/or part of the vote.

Michael Klein (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-04)

#94

Appropriate communication of the plan with homeowners did not occur

Adam Swanson (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-05)

#95

Total lack of communication on the part of the HOA Board. No discussion with homeowners on projects completed and/or proposed. When did this Board meeting even occur? So much for transparency.

Scott Kunz (JEFFERSON HILLS, 2022-01-05)

#96

I’m signing due to the lack of transparency and communication provided.

Eric & Amanda Burnstein (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-05)

#99

Given the fact that there are almost 100 people signing this to date, I believe the budget should be discussed in great detail at the annual meeting. If the outcome of the meeting resolves most of the questions, I reserve the right to withdraw my signature.

Richard McKerrow (Jefferson hills, 2022-01-05)

1) The amount of increase seems to be unsubstantiated considering the proposed use of funds, 2)Discussion regarding repairs to the pond should be addressed by Maronda; Agree that HOA expense can address upkeep but the builder never situated the pond to be in a position of upkeep to begin with 3) Increased like this never go down...only continue to go up. 4)I'll volunteer to cut the grass around the pond on Labrador until a more suitable budget proposal & use of funds is determined.

Don Steggert (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-05)

#101

We cannot allow a 150% increase

Daniel Shaffer (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-06)

#102

je for (jefferson hills, 2022-01-06)

#107

I’m signing because I don’t want the hoa fees to continue to rise.

Brian Bronder (Pittsburgh, 2022-01-08)

#110

I want to reject the 2022 budget.

Gregory Clark (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-10)

#111

It is totally absurd that the HOA fees would be increased to the level that this board is requesting.

Patrick Kinavey (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-11)

#113

We do not agree with the proposed budget.

Evan and Michelle Wallace (Jefferson Hills , 2022-01-11)

#124

The projects proposed have no bearing with issues I have that need addressed.

Kenneth Goldberg (Jefferson Hills , 2022-01-12)

#128

I reject the monthly increase.

Nicholas Day (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-13)

#134

What has 10 years of $10 a month gotten me? NOTHING. Why would we approve an increase with no idea of where that money will sit and do nothing for years to come?

J. Darin Marcinko (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-13)

#135

I do not
want the raise of fees when nothing has been shown on my side of the plans!

Kerry Patel (Jefferson Hills, 2022-01-13)

#140

Increase in 150% is unnecessary.
