Andrien Meyer (MORGENZON, 2022-02-05)

#5

I'm signing because I believe in freedom of choice and bodily integrity.

Christelle Hayes (Durbanville, 2022-02-05)

#8

It is our right not to take the vax. No institution can force this onto us, and I will not let it be forced onto my children.

Melanie Van der Walt (Alberton, 2022-02-05)

#11

This is a human rights violation.

Piet Hayes (Brackenfell , 2022-02-05)

#15

This is my body and I have the right to say no. This vacation in my opinion has not had enough time to be tested thus can have negative side effects and I AM NOT GOING TO BE A TEST DUMMY. I should have the right to atleast complete my studies! If the university could find a way to make contact classes and practicals online in 2020 and 2021 they can do it again for those who don't want the vacation.

Kailyn de Jesus (Bethlehem q, 2022-02-05)

#16

I have children that study at the NWU. The policy is outdated and incorrect in its assumption that COVID-19 vaccination works - it does not work.

Johann Holm (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#17

Vaccine is still in trial phase. Forcing it on anyone goes against freedom of choice, freedom of religious beliefs, freedom to education, freedom of movement and more.

Fatima De Jesus (Bethlehem , 2022-02-05)

#20

I'm opposed to vaccine mandates in any way shape or form. Every person should have the freedom/right to make the choice for themselves.

Jaco Nieuwoudt (Pretoria, 2022-02-05)

#21

I oppose mandatory vacininations as anyone has a right to choose what they allow into their bodies

Sanet Vermeulen (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#22

Its our human right to choose what happens to our body and its our right to have a education.

Chrisna Kleynhans (Bethlehem, 2022-02-05)

#23

Ek is stomgeslaan!!! Vaccination does NOT stop you from getting Covid and does not prevent you of transmitting Covid. Europian countries are ending mandates yet Potch decide to mandate it.

Mari Muller (Bergville KZN, 2022-02-05)

#27

I’m signing because each person has rights, which includes bodily integrity. Meaning we must be able to decide over our own body, without being discriminated on, because of our choices.

Tiaan van Niekerk (Randfontein, 2022-02-05)

#28

SA Constitution defend every persons right to safety and not be harmed by medical or other procedures.

Jaco De Beer (Mahikeng, 2022-02-05)

#29

The vaccine are not mandatory and to force someone to take it, is absolutly against their human rights!

Alichia van Loggerenberg (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#32

I believe that taking part in the vaccine trial needs to be a person's own individual choice.

Sandy Fyvie (Bergville, 2022-02-05)

#33

Fighting for our human rights!

Marié Van Wyk (Welkom, 2022-02-05)

#35

No one should be forced to vaccinate with a trial, experimental vaccine for a virus which poses no serioud threat to 99% of people. This is criminal and unconstitutional.

Diane Brenner (Cape Town, 2022-02-05)

#36

Every student have a right to choose if they want to take this experimental "vaccine".

Susan Kershoff (Potchefstroom , 2022-02-05)

#38

I'm singing because I am against mandatory vaccination. Everyone should have a choice if they want to participate in experimental drug trials.

Rianda Joubert (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#40

Because I am entitled to my choice

Dorettw Van Sittert (Bothaville, 2022-02-05)

#42

Its totally against the law, our constitution and our human rights. As many countries drop all theor mandates..why are sa unies holding onto the lie? Mmm...

Gabrielle Miller (Hermanus, 2022-02-05)

#45

I believe that every person has thw right to humanity and choice and should therefore be allowed to choose wheter or not they want to take the vaccination. There should be taken into consideration that people have underlying medical conditions which we are concerned about and NWU should then however take responsibility should something happen to me. If not they should force anyone to take the vaccination. And also consider that according to The President as stated in 2021, THE VACCINATION IS NOT COMPULSORY FOR ANYONE.

Cherilee Sharpley (Vanderbijlpark, 2022-02-05)

#47

Forcing anyone to take medication (that has been proven not to be effective) is in contravention of our constitution.

Rudi Haggard (Vanderbijlpark, 2022-02-05)

#48

No person has the right to decide what someone else should do with their body.

Celeste Pienaar (Pretoria, 2022-02-05)

#49

I'm signing because it's not humanitarian ,to force us to have a vaccination and be forced to do it it's our body and right to stop this whatever the others are doing so I do not agree ever on this to be done stop it now or people will be doomed

Anthony Jaffer (Benoni, 2022-02-05)

#52

The vaccine has proven to have injured hundreds of thousands of people and have even caused death.

The longterm effects will only be known in years to come.

The NWU is in contravention of the Nuremburg code by forcing students to take an EXPERIMENTAL drug!!!

Belinda Maherry (Stellenbosch , 2022-02-05)

#53

My child are a student at NWU and should not be discriminated against for exercising her right of choice and bodily integrity.

Francois Schutte (Centurion, 2022-02-05)

#55

We will not comply to take an experimental drug.

Hermias Cornelius Nieuwoudt (Pretoria, 2022-02-05)

#59

It is a infringement of my freedom of rights.

Kemsley Wood (Howick , 2022-02-05)

#60

It is a infringement of our human rights. We are not lab rats

Megan Wood (Howick , 2022-02-05)

#62

Everyone has the right to choose.

Irene SIMPSON (Johannesburg, 2022-02-05)

#64

Vaccines will not stop me from getting Covid, nor will it stop transmission. I am a healthy young adult who has had Covid and therefore have antibodies. If you are at risk of hospitalization, go ahead and get the vaccine. However, I do not need it and will not get it. I pose no more threat than someone who has the vaccine. I should be able to study. Mandatory vaccinations are a crime against humanity.

Joane Wilkens (Hout Bay, 2022-02-05)

#65

Vacations must be optional and not mandatory

Annette Van Heerden (Pretoria , 2022-02-05)

#69

Everybody has a human right, we make it by ourself.Do not make it for us.This influence young people's future

Annelien Beckley (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#71

I'm signing because I am convinced through medical and scientific evidence that it is not the best option for my healthy son to get vaccinated with the same drug that seriously harmed or killed at least 600 healthy sportsmen. Not even speaking about thousands of other deaths and serious injuries. And then the shot isn't even preventing infection or spreading of the virus

Lidette Nieuwoudt (Pretoria , 2022-02-05)

#75

I'm signing because I'm against the mandatory vaccine at NWU. Allow all students to have full access to varsity life.

SIBONISO MSIBI (Nelspruit, 2022-02-05)

#76

Mandatory vaccinations are in violation of International Law & The Nuremburg Code.

Peter Thompson (Upington, 2022-02-05)

#79

Free will

Kotie Drotskie (Vereeniging, 2022-02-05)

#80

Will NWU pay for serious adverse effects from the shot? Even lifelong adverse events? Or death? This is a form of apartheid discrimination against people who made an informed decision not to accept these risks.

Helizna Kilian-O'Kelly (Bloemfontein, 2022-02-05)

#85

I believe that the NWU misled us and is lying with it non-mandatory vaccination rule which is disguised as vaccine mandate.

Cobus Visagie (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#87

I believe in freedom of choice over our own bodies

Tanya Lochner (Cape Town, 2022-02-05)

#88

I am for freedom of choice and against discrimination of any sorts!

Alida van der Walt (Paarl, 2022-02-05)

#90

I can't understand how it is okay for our youth to do harmful things at places with harmful enviroments without the vax but are refused education. I do not agree with this system. Everything that influences our future is being controlled.

Jani-charntenaé Reynolds (Parys, 2022-02-05)

#91

Die verpligte inenting bleik tans baie beperkte moontlike voordele vir jong mense in te hou teenoor die moontlike risikos waaraan hulle blootgestel word met 'n intenting wat slegs onder noodmaatreels goedgekeur is.

Alwyn Kruger (Citrusdal, 2022-02-05)

#100

I'm signing this petition as I believe it is against my human rights to be forced to take the vaccination. It is also against my Christian beliefs to take an untrustworthy vaccination and desecrate my temple (body). I stand by my beliefs that a vaccination is not the answer to protect myself against the covid-19 virus as my God supplied me with a healthy body fueled by His protection and grace.

Lize-Marié Prins (Potchefstroom , 2022-02-05)

#102

I do not agree that I need to be vaccinated to go onto campus as being vaxxed or not, you can still carry the virus and pass it over

Anke Fouche (Pretoria, 2022-02-05)

#104

#105

It's against my religious beliefs sarcastically speaking it might not make sense but if exercising my right of choice is deprived all in the name of putting lives of other's at risk in the presence of musk is doubtable fact. Our own president has taken the vaccine but he was later infected with the virus what does that tell us? I believe it's every student's choice to choose to vaccinate or not to vaccinate without being forced it's our lifes afterall

Anele Thamae (Welkom, 2022-02-05)

#107

I strongly feel that the mandatory taking of the vaccine is against my human rights as student and citizen of The Republic of South Africa.I belive that my body is a temple and I would not like to damage my body by taking a unknown vaccine that is know to cause underlining health problems.

Sandri Coetzee (Potchefstroom , 2022-02-05)

#111

The request to "vaccinate" is unreasonable and ungrounded. Natural immunity is not considered and an experimental therapy is proposed. All of this for a very mild disease in the affected age groups (students and most lecturers). The risk assessment process is botched and was manipulated to give the results management wants. Human rights and the right to choose is not acknowledged. Where there is risk (vaccine injuries (as documented) there must be choice.

Christo Van der Merwe (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#113

I believe it goes against our human rights.

Petra Dreyer (Gauteng, 2022-02-05)

#114

I do not want to be forced to vaccinate, I want to do it willing

Peddie Mahlaule (Mafikeng, 2022-02-05)

#115

WHERE THERE IS RISK THERE MUST BE CHOICE! I disagree with mandating any medical procedures or treatments. Bodily autonomy is a God given right. I would like NWU to please provide the LONG TERM safety stats of the effects of the vaccines on the internal organs, fertility and reproductive systems of humans especially females of child bearing age. Please also provide a full list of ingredients as well as side effects and adverse events stats from all of the countries participating in the trial of this experimental GENE therapy. The university should stand liable for any damages incurred on a student who feels pressured to participate in this trial. Damages would include medical costs as well as loss of potential future income should said student not be able to function at full capacity thereafter.

Bronwyn Conway (East London , 2022-02-05)

#116

I'm signing because I don't want to be forced to take vaccine

Lerato DIngalibala (Dawn park, 2022-02-05)

#122

I am not in support of mandatory vaccination. I personally not comfortable to take vaccine because of possible irreversable long-term effects it might have on me. I consulted a health care worker who said taking covid 19 vaccine does not mean i wont get infected with it. Oir beloved SA president Cyril Ramaphosa was the first one to recieve a dose but was recently infected with covid 19. It must also be noted that i have a right to education and freedom. Mandory vaccines are againist our rights and freedom

Bonolo Moitse (Mafikeng, 2022-02-05)

#123

I'm against covid vaccine mandates.

Eldoreen Engelbrecht (Potchefstroom , 2022-02-05)

#124

The Vax does not prevent you contracting Covid or transmitting it. It does not prevent you from receiving treatment in ICO.
The Vax is still experimental, and comes with negative side effects.
The student age puts them in a cage group where natural immunity fights the disease better.

Madelein Buitendag (Lydenburg , 2022-02-05)

#125

I am pro choice vaccines.
Too many vaxed poeple are getting sick.
Vaccines do not prevent covid

Deon Claassen (George , 2022-02-05)

#127

I'm signing because I'm am against being forced to take medication that I do not want.

Peter-Jame Wait (Riversdale, 2022-02-05)

#128

This is the destruction of freedom and logic.

DEWALDT CRONJE (Kroonstad, 2022-02-05)

#130

Dis jou eie keuse. Niemand kan oor my gesondheid namens my besluit nie. Dit bly elkeen se eie keuse

Hannes Wilken (Randfontein, 2022-02-05)

#131

I am signing because I am against mandatory vaccination and because I believe these so-called 'vaccinations' have not proven longterm effects to be without harm and because I believe a lot of people have been harmed already.

esther stieger (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#134

I'm not keen to get the vaccine.

Ruben Scott (Potchefstroom, 2022-02-05)

#137

It is my right to decide what i want in my body. And its against my constitutional right to education

Ju-hanie Wilken (Randfontein, 2022-02-05)

#143

I am against mandatory vaccination

Nokubongwa Nxumalo (Durban, 2022-02-05)

#144

I am pro choice and against any form of bullying and dictatorship

Marlene Haywood (Johannesburg , 2022-02-05)

#149

My sister is a student at the university and it is against our religion to take the vaccination and there is also no proof of what side effects the vaccination will have in about three to five years or even longer after a person has been vacinated. You can still get covid even if you are vacinated.

Sunel Johnson (Gordons Bay, 2022-02-05)

#153

Forcing is outdated. What did all the freedom fighters fight for, in apartheid time, if today we are being forced to only use the institution facilities when vaccinated. I don't want to vaccinate because of the rights South African government grants me.

Clarence Lekhobane (Frankfort, 2022-02-05)

#155

I’m against mandatory vaccinations!!

Lelanie Matthee (Bethlehem, 2022-02-05)

#156

I am against the vaccination

Antwanette Schlebusch (Klerksdorp, 2022-02-05)

#157

I believe that everyone should have a choice. New research shows that natural immunity is also stronger than immunity acquired through vaccination only. It is sad that a university does not make use of facts and science when it makes these kinds of decisions.

Mari-Leigh Pienaar (Vanderbijlpark, 2022-02-05)

#164

I am against enforcement of vaccines....

Israel Mogami (Mafikeng , 2022-02-05)

#167

Vacines should not be mandatory, they do not work...herd immunity is best......this is a political agenda, it is our right to vaccinate or not...
DO NOT CONPLY

caroline keenan (CENTRAL DRAKENSBERG, 2022-02-05)

Please my friends help our kids to have a choice and not refused a future.

#170

I don't want to be vaccinated by force

Itumeleng Modise (Rustenburg , 2022-02-05)

#172

It's discrimination against my basic human rights and my religious beliefs.

Maryke Basson (Tzaneen, 2022-02-05)

#173

Because there's a lot of information about this medical treatment in it's trail stage. The long term effects are not known or proven to be safe. The younger generations should not be forced to take a medical treatment in its trail stage and has so many complicated and in some cases fatal adverse events.

Janine Steenkamp (Mosselbaai , 2022-02-05)

#175

Ek teken dit omdat elke persoon het sy eie reg om n besluit te neem.

Petra Van Heerdem (Ceres, 2022-02-05)

#184

Because everyone should have freedom of choice

Kyle Delport (Potch, 2022-02-05)

#185

The Nwu is taking my right for education away by making vaccine mandatory. And even if you get the vacs you can still get covid. They are discrimination against me and also taking my right of choice away.

Tiana Buitendag (Potchefstroom , 2022-02-05)

#186

I Believe It Was Made Clear that no one should be excluded from any economic activities (going to school,work,e.t.c) And No One Should Be Forced To Vaccinate.

Kebogile Lisbeth (Ottosdal, 2022-02-05)

#190

Me and my family do not believe in the vaccination because of the little resource that has been done and we are not completely sure of the side effects of the vaccine. I feel my right are being violated if I cannot participate in contact classes because I'm not vaccinated.

JEANTE Van zyl (Koster , 2022-02-05)

#191
