My community is important to me.

Toxic Soul and Water run off are killing the river, birds, animals, fish, crabs, and oh the people of the bird river community.

David Archibald Ferguson III (White Marsh,MD, 2022-06-21)

I'm opposed to having a 3rd dump within a few miles of my home. Rt 7 cannot handle additional traffic through this corridor. The company couldn't be bothered to show twice to public meetings to even try to convince us they wouldn't be the burden on our community I believe that they will be

Jennifer Stump (White Marsh, 2022-06-21)

#7

I do not what this near the residential community due to the smell!

Allison Kuhn (Kingsville , 2022-06-22)

#9

Location is on single lane road not designed for truck traffic. It is surrounded by residential housing. Activity guaranteed to smell bad.

Frederick Kuhn (Kingsville , 2022-06-22)

#12

This is not right for our residential neighborhood

John Chandler (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#15

I am signing because I strongly oppose this facility being built near my community. I think it's extremely dangerous and detrimental to our community life for many, many reasons.

Lisa Hauf (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#22

I’m signing because it’s going to ruin my home value plus I don’t want the heavy truck traffic added to Rt. 7

Brandy Jones (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

I am a homeowner that lives directly in the local area. I can see the property from my bedroom and am right on 7. I have a backyard that my children play in and the nuisance, of many kinds, would hinder the use of it and be a nuisance to the community and everyone that resides in it.

Why would the county consider this area a good area for this type of industrial activity?

Mark Cherry (WHITE MARSH, 2022-06-22)

#29

I lIve two mins Down the road and this is absurd

Haley Short (White marsh , 2022-06-22)

#31

Simple, we have enough polluting facilities near our homes. Go pollute some where else. PERIOD!!!

Jesse Backof (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#39

I have asthma prefer to not have another recycling facility so close to my home

Dorothy Fowler (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#41

This recycling facility would be too close to residential areas and adversely affect those property values. There is plenty of land adjacent to Pulaski Hwy and distant from residential areas that would be more suitable for this project.

William Beil (Perry Hall, 2022-06-22)

#43

I'm signing because I am opposed to this facility.

Kevin Pulley (WHITE MARSH, 2022-06-22)

#44

I am signing this petition because I am concerned about the environmental impact on our communities. This site requires extensive cleanup as a result of a recent evaluation of the soil based upon the hazardous materials found as a result of the carelessness of the owner. Not only is the soil contamination a medical issue, adding this type of recycling facility, will only exacerbate some current medical issues of individuals who live in our communities. Additionally, this organic recycling facility may, indeed, cause additional medical issues for individuals who are otherwise currently healthy.

Robert Bowden (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#46

I live close by and my sons and their families live right there in a new development!

Carol Bahr (Perry Hall, 2022-06-22)

#48

I have been a resident of Equestrian Acres since November 1997.
I would like this community to stay peaceful and friendly to the community.

Philip Esposito (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#50

I strongly oppose the proposed recycling facility to be operating at the former Vince’s Auto Salvage Yard.

Maria Kowalevicz (White Marsh , 2022-06-22)

#52

Not the right place for this facility

Chris Short (White marsh , 2022-06-22)

#53

I am opposed to the recycling center so close to my beautiful home and neighborhood.

Shannon Short (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#54

I oppose the use of the former Vince's junk yard being used for a recycling area. Bringing in animal waste and other toxic material into a residential area.

Andrew kowalevicz (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#55

This facilitate will have a dramatic negative on the residential communities surrounding the proposed facility.

Darryl Carter (White Marsh, 2022-06-22)

#60

This type of facility does not belong in a residential neighborhood. The area already has traffic problems and this would exacerbate the traffic and create even more backups onto 95. I am also opposed to the increase in noise and disease/vermin that would come with a composting facility of this size.

Sara Gaynor (White Marsh, 2022-06-23)

#64

We do not want this in our community

Alex Hagopian (White marsh, 2022-06-23)

#71

I’m signing because this will affect the area we live in. Traffic, cleanliness, odor, noise, rodents. I just moved into Honeygo Run luxury apartments, I’d like to feel like I’m living in a nice neighborhood not a community with a dump.

Carmen Smith (Perry Hsll, 2022-06-24)

#75

Unless a special access road to the site from Rte 40 is built ,these local roads and residential approaches to the site will bear undue burden. I don't want trash trucks on my street at all hours or at any time for that matter. This is a poor location for this facility.

Jonathan Miller (Perry Hall, 2022-06-25)

#76

This is a horrible idea to put into a residential area.

Lucy White lehman (White marsh , 2022-06-25)

#77

This is not an adequate location for a recycling plant of any type. It has the potential to harm the existing neighborhood in several different ways. No one discourages recycling but it is no longer a benefit when it is not providing the best possible outcome to the community.

Joan Mealey-Kruger (Middle River , 2022-06-25)

#81

I do not want this near my home.

Jaime Backof (White Marsh , 2022-06-25)

#85

There are enough waste sites already surrounding the community, we don't need a third one (Eastern Landfill and the Reclamation Center). Find another location, we have tolerated enough.

Mary Garland (Kingsville, 2022-06-25)

#89

I am OPPOSED to PEH Organic Recycling Facility operating an organic recycling facility at 11239 Philadelphia Rd, White Marsh MD 21162.

Tameka Himmage (White Marsh, 2022-06-26)

#91

This will literally be in my backyard. I will have to look at it, smell it and I will have the most chance of rodents. The people building this plant would not want this in their back yard so why should they build it in ours. This belongs in an industrial area, not a residential one.

Jason Carl (White Marsh, 2022-06-26)

#92

Based on the poor planning, lack of transparency, and impact on the surrounding area I oppose PEH Organic Recycling Facility operating an organic recycling facility at 11239 Philadelphia Rd, White Marsh MD 21162.

Adam Fournier (White Marsh, 2022-06-26)

#96

I’m signing because not only can Philadelphia road not handle the additional traffic (it can’t handle the current traffic), the noise, rodents, smells, etc. will impact the quality of life for my children.

Ryan Hammer (White Marah, 2022-06-27)

#99

I am signing this petition to show I am opposed to the organic recycling facility in White Marsh.

Anna Lumpkin (Perry Hall, 2022-06-27)

#101

My house is in the back of Autumn Terrace Drive, literally directly behind my home. "Smell, flies and rodents" will ONLY be a problem in the late spring/early summer. ONLY. Well after being couped in all winter, how dare anyone tell me that's a minor inconvenience. We paid over half a million dollars for this home. THIS PROJECT DOESN'T BELONG NEAR RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS. Do the right thing!

Alicia Pastorek (White Marsh, 2022-06-27)

#105

I do not believe this type of facility should be located in a residential area.

Brian Brooks (White Marsh, 2022-06-27)

#107

This size and type of facility doesn't belong so close to an established residential area.

Kurt Jacobson (Perry Hall, 2022-06-27)

Denise DiGristine (Baltimore , 2022-06-27)

Sara Becker (White Marsh, 2022-06-27)

#124

I oppose this recycling facility in a residential neighborhood.

Kelly Loughran (White Marsh, 2022-06-27)

#126

A facility like this DOES NOT
Belong in the White Marsh area.
There is enough unwanted development here already and it seems to be never ending.
Philadelphia Rd is looking like Pulaski highway !! Unacceptable!

John Goodmuth (Baltimore, 2022-06-27)

#142

The area and especially Philadelphia Rd is too congested as it is and this facility will only increase traffic and frustration with the land management of Perry Hall and White Marsh. Place the facility in the lot across from the BGE training center on RT. 40.

Joseph Riemer (Kingsville, 2022-06-27)

#146

I do NOT Want this type of facility near my home.

Caroline Cho (White Marsh , 2022-06-27)

#147

Too much traffic congestion at that area already. Dump trucks would make it a nightmare.

Carol Routh (Baltimore, 2022-06-27)

#148

I dont want this facility in my neighborhood.

Gary Burch (Middle River, 2022-06-27)

#152

I’m concerned about the impact this facility would have on our residential community and our watershed. I think it should be in a rural area.

Marisa Conner (Baltimore County, 2022-06-27)

#157

I live in the area

Anna Buscemi (White Marsh, 2022-06-27)

#165

Too close to homes

Vickie Shrader (Baltimore , 2022-06-27)

#167

Odors, Rats, Truck traffic. We have had Honeygo Reclamation JAMMED down our throats' for years now, and it stinks. It should have NEVER been approved. White Marsh is NOT A DUMP!
Put it in Towson!

Bruce Small (Nottingham, 2022-06-27)

#168

We don’t need another dump in this area.
Philadelphia Road can’t handle more traffic and big trucks.

Mary Taylor (White Marsh, 2022-06-27)

#172

I do not want this in my neighborhood

Tracy Houck (Rosedale, 2022-06-27)

#174

I'm signing because I am opposed to the additional traffic, noise, and other pollutants that will follow if this plan is approved.

David Fisher (Nottingham, 2022-06-27)

#177

Need no more traffic in this area !

Linda Shifflett (Baltimore , 2022-06-27)

#188

I do want traffic increased oh Philadelphia Rd.

Erin Choi (Nottingham, 2022-06-27)

#190

Do not want facility located in residential area.

Deborah Baker (Kingsville , 2022-06-28)

#193

My family owns property on Philadelphia Road just north of this property. This will destroy the value of all homes in the area.

Joan Cooper (Baltimore, 2022-06-28)

#196

I do not want this facility so close to my home.

Michael Thomas (White Marsh, 2022-06-28)
