I am the owner of the Nursery School opposite the site mentioned. The parking area is on private property yet I assume that my neighbour assume that it will provide parking for his clients. I cannot afford unpleasant "addicted" patrons around the Nursery School as is the case currently at El Torro Centre. I am certain that substances are being sold at that shop which will also be the norm at this prospective shop.
