Sitting for physical exams this November at KNN College Of Nursing is impossible for students coming from different states

This is for the students of B. Sc Nursing(presently in 3rd year):

There are so many students residing in so many other states other than karnataka itself. We are told that there's gonna be a physical exam which wasnt able to be conducted because of the pandemic situation. What the problem is, there arent any possible ways by which we can come to karnataka at the moment because the regular trains have not yet started plus the financial situation is not favourable.  Let's think hypothetically,  if we arrive and sit thr exams for 2 straight weeks,  what do we do after that? Because the physical offline classes are nowhere to be started yet. 

Seeing all these obstructions, its not possible to attend the exams unless the mode of transport becomes usable. 

We ask the authorities to postpone the exams until everything gets a little better and the mode of transportation gets up and running like normal days.
