Strict Security Measures

As clients of Natrent and residents of Windmill Park Estate, we have seen many security breaches. In turn have come to the conclusion that the lessor along with the Kgori Management need to make changes on how our safety is being managed.

We request that security personnel be held accountable for;

1. Letting unexpected visitors in the property without calling said resident

2. Ignoring residents requests to shut down a party that has gone on for way longer than necessary 

3. Boom gates that are not operational from time to time (excl. during loadshedding)

4. Pedestrian gate that is open to the public without question (i.e. Pedestrians not getting the same or similar screening as that of motorists)

5. Not reporting residents that do not have access cards therefore allowing for disorder and tailgating

6. More visibility during patrolling as personnel are only seen ONCE every second week and never seen at the further end of the property

7. Better security (gate) near the houses to avoid access by people that do not reside within the property
