Support small businesses who are forced to close due to C19 lockdowns by requiring landlords to waive rent during lockdown weeks.

Perth small businesses provide jobs for the community and keep customers money here in Perth, supporting everyone.

Govt enforced lockdowns negatively impact local small business because they are required to pay their rent while not being allowed to trade. So in doing their part to keep the community safe, small business owners ability to feed their families and maintain their livelihood is impacted. This is in contrast to large, high traffic corporate retailers which are allowed to remain open.

We request Premier Mark McGowan to enforce rental waivers for any and all weeks where govt required lockdowns close small businesses, to protect the men, women and children of Perth that have money taken from their pockets while unable to trade.

Were all in this together, help local Perth businesses have a fair go.
