Voice of team regarding Merrylands Store Manager’s transfer

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We, as a team of Woolworth's, Merrylands, are writing this to you to draw your attention towards our matter regarding our Store Manager.

We respect the decision made by the authority, however, all the team members want to add few words about our Store Manager and if there is any possible hope to cease the transfer of our Store Manager. We would appreciate if we could work under the supervision of the current Store Manager as she has been very supportive and keen in encouraging us to work effectively and made us believe in working as one team. We have been working in different work environment in various phases of our lives, but she has been one of the wonderful managers for us with great leadership skills. The prioritization and effort she provides during work, regardless of the duration of the shift, is a vital contribution for us as well as the company. She believes in each one of us with absence of favoritism and presence of cultural respect.

As a team we are well aware of the need for change in business , however there is a time and a place As a team we feel that Karolina is an intricate part of the goals that need to be achieved here at Merrylands. We have to still navigate this difficult time with Covid-19 and also the renewal that is planned for Merrylands. It appears to team members that to change the store manager at this time inconceivable . The store needs complete the course that Karolina has set us on.She motivates, guides and understands the team and customers here like no other.

We also believe, as part of an enormous company, that our feedback's will also be valuable aspect. So, in short, we want to share how disheartened we felt to know that we would no more be working under her supervision.

Regardless, we will always respect the decision of the authority body and look forward to working as a great team.
