Wyoming Statewide Mask Mandate

Because:

1. Masking has been shown to be effective in valid research studies and has been used historically by the medical establishment to control the spread of infections.
2. Using a mask is a preferable way to control the spread as opposed to shutting down businesses and communities.
3. The choice by many not to use a mask is endangering the constitutional right to life for many Wyoming citizens and also stripping them of their constitutional  right to liberty by preventing them from freely moving around in our society.

Therefore:

We ask Governor Gordon and The Wyoming  state legislature to institute a statewide mask mandate in public places that will not be removed until there is a viable and readily available vaccine for COVID-19 That has been received by the majority of citizens of Wyoming.

The only exceptions for the mask requirement  should be for those under five years old or those with a valid medical certification from a qualified physician that exempts them from the mask requirement. They must show that certification upon demand Or face legal penalties or expulsion from businesses and/or public places.
