SAY NO TO 150% INCREASE IN RATES & WATER (Sign & Share this petition)

The recent increase in Rates & Water by Bulawayo City Council is not in equal proportion to the services being offered to residents, most of them undelivered. The increase in rates & water billed to residents without considering their incomes & capacity to pay will only disadvantage the ratepayers and ultimately the Bulawayo City Council. It is not profitable for the City of Bulawayo to have millions in unpaid rates. We therefore appeal to the Bulawayo City Council to reconsider the

SAICA releases the APC results prior to candidates being forced to rewrite.

SAICA has put forward the proposal that candidates will rewrite the APC exam prior to the results being released. This means that after SAICA's horrendous management of the APC writing process, they have not taken any consideration for candidates into account by deciding on their behalf when they will rewrite. The audacity to suggest candiates have to write twice based on SAICA's incompetence is a slap in the face that will not be accepted. This petition is to convey to SAICA that the candidates

Unjustified Fees Top Up at Chaplin in Gweru.

We, as parents of children at Chaplin High School, Gweru, Zimbabwe reject the new culture of unjustified top up school fees. While, we might understand the prevailing harsh economic  conditions, let us acknowledge that these high additional fees being asked for every term were not authorised by either the government or the responsible Ministry. Chaplin is not  some island from a different planet.  It is like any other school within the borders of Zimbabwe.  As parents, we are slowly losing confi

Mclaren circus uses animals such as lions, snakes, tigers, camels and many more. These animals should not be used as entertainment and these animals deserve to have a better life and be free from that horrible business. The animals deserve to be respected and to be free to live in the wild instead of cages for peoples entertainment. All the animals WILL be found homes at appropriate and well looked after sanctuaries and will NOT go straight to the wild   THIS NEEDS TO STOP.

On the 8th November 2019 many 3rd year unisa LLB students gathered to write their LEV3701 exam only to find out it was leaked . This is totally unfair and prejudices our rights as students. The UN to intervene on the chaos in zimbabwe

We can all clearly see that human rights are being violated and there are no fair Elections taking place. We want transparency and the figures are not making sense at all. We need individuals or organisations other than the current Zimbabwean government to clear up this mess because they are evidently not taking any form of control to counteract the problems that

Justice for the 'Dog with no Name'

If you love animals – or are simply a decent, compassionate human being – please add your name to our petition to demand justice for the dog that starved to death at the end of a chain, in plain sight of its uncaring owner. This was not a stray or abandoned animal. It was kept like this on the owners’ property, literally withering away to skin and bone in front of their eyes. They could have brought it to the SPCA – or at the very least turned it loose so it could try to scavenge some scraps fr
