AMENDMENT OF CONSTITUTION

A PETITION TO HAMMANSKRAAL MASTERS SOCCER LEAGUE

We the undersigned would like to bring your attention to the following amendment of constitution, with recommendations.

22.1. REGISTRATION OF PLAYERS

22.1.1. All teams affiliated to H.M.S.L. shall register their players who are thirty- five (35) years and above on a form provided by H.M.S.L. for that particular season, not aligned to any SAFA structures and/or leagues or any active competitive football, on the form provided by H.M.S.L* .

Alcohol Test (fielding of players)
- The player whom found or suspected to be consuming alcohol will be issued a red card. Match officials and the referee may test the player by smelling them.

RECOMMENDATIONS

AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION

14.1. The Constitution of the H.M.S.L., once adopted, can only be amended at the Biennial General Meeting or Special General Meeting called for that purpose.

14.2. The amendments of the Constitution shall be enforced and be affected if the meeting in sub-clause 10.1 quorum and 50% plus 1) of the members present vote in favor thereof.

We recommend that:
1. Teams are not allowed to have dual registered player within our League.
2. Any register player with dual registration outside our league must be allowed to play within the league, as long as they are not affecting our league games and the player qualifies in terms of age.
3. The player suspected of alcohol consumption may be taken out and being replaced by another player as the method and procedure which is uses to test players have proven not to be accurate on certain instances.
