As per the latest update from Strata, I have reached out to the SPCA for guidance on pet restrictions. They have sent me a letter addressed to owners in Waterstone which I will be distributing throughout the complex soon.

I have used their examples to write a new set of bylaws that correlate with the SPCA's examples provided. They are clearer about expectations for pet owners.
