Build a dog park in Hart's Cove

It's obvious that dog ownership in Hart's Cove has increased, maybe in part due to the "covid puppy" trend. In order to keep up with the demand of a "pet-friendly" complex, it seems only appropriate that a dog park be built on the premises. Currently, many dog owners use the basketball court as a convenient fenced in area however the hot asphault will not be an option during hot months and in some cases is already too rough of a surface for dogs with softer paw pads. Using the basketball court as a makeshift puppy pen also means that the court can not always be used for its intention if already full of puppies. We propose that one of the larger grass areas in the complex be fenced off for use as a dog park. We think that a dog park would be a great addition to Hart's cove and would be attractive to future renters, hence increasing the value of the complex which would be in the interest of owners. If you agree that a dog park would be an attractive feature that would be of benefit to both owners and tenants, please sign this petition with your full name and Hart's Cove address. Thank you!
